에 의해 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 위상지연판에 의해서 달성된다.

Claims (6)
- 입사광의 편광상태를 변환시켜 출사시키는 위상지연판에 있어서,적어도 3장의 투명기판과,상호 동일한 위상지연값을 가지고 상기 투명기판들 사이사이에 접착물질에 의해 각각 접착 개재되며, 각각의 조절된 광축각도(θ)의 조합으로 적어도 하나 이상의 파장대역에서 상기 입사광의 편광상태를 변환시키는 적어도 2장의 지연판을 포함하되,상기 각 지연판의 광축각도(θ)의 조합은 상기 입사광의 스톡스 벡터 값(Si)과, 목표로 하는 상기 출사광의 스톡스 벡터 값(So)과, 상기 위상지연값(β)을 기초로 하여다음 식(여기서, M=뮬러행렬, i=2이상의 정수, θi=제 i번째 지연판의 광축각도)에 의해 도출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 위상지연판.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 투명기판은 적어도 4장으로 마련되며, 상기 지연판들은 적어도 3장으로 마련되어 각각 상기 투명기판을 사이에 접착 개재되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광대역 위상지연판.
- 적어도 하나 이상 파장대역의 광을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광을 광기록매체에 집광시키는 대물렌즈와, 상기 광기록매체에서 반사되는 광을 검출하는 광검출기를 구비한 광헤드장치에 있어서,상기 광원과 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광로 중에는 상기 제1항 또는 제3항의 광대역 위상지연판이 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드장치.
- 적어도 어느 한 파장대의 입사광을 회절시키는 회절격자 및/또는 홀로그램층을 갖는 광학소자에 있어서,상기 입사광의 입사측에는 상기 제1항 또는 제3항의 광대역 위상지연판이 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학소자.
- 적어도 하나 이상 파장대역의 광을 출사하는 광원과, 상기 광을 광기록매체에 집광시키는 대물렌즈와, 상기 광기록매체에서 반사되는 광을 검출하는 광검출기를 구비한 광헤드장치에 있어서,상기 광원과 상기 대물렌즈 사이의 광로 중에는 상기 제5항의 광학소자가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 광헤드장치.
