Claims (4)
- 소규모 공원이나 도시내 건물 옥상, 정원과 같은 작은 면적의 공간에 조성되는 인공연못에 의한 반딧불이 복원장치에 있어서,상기 인공연못은,만곡 및 요철이 반복되는 수로 양측에 물의 유입출을 위한 유입구 및 유출구가 각각 형성되고, 상기 수로에는 반딧불이가 생육 및 번식할 수 있도록 서식 환경이 조성되는 반딧불이 생태연못;과,상기 생태연못의 유출구와 연결되는 유입구가 일측 상부에 형성되고 저면에 유공관이 형성되며, 그 내부에는 상기 유입구로부터 유입되는 물을 정화하기 위한 천연재료 및 다공질 여과재가 다수 적재되어, 상층에서부터 하층으로 통과하는 물을 순차적으로 정화한 후 상기 유공관을 통하여 방류하는 정화연못;으로 구성되어,상기 정화연못의 유공관으로부터 방류되는 물을 펌핑하여 상기 생태연못으로 공급하는 순환펌프를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반딧불이 복원장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 반딧불이 생태연못은상기 수로내 하단부에 유충이 서식하면서 성장할 수 있도록 다슬기의 먹이가 충진되고 모래와 자갈 및 돌이 안치되는 유충성장부;와,상기 유충성장부에서 유충의 성장 과정을 마친 반딧불이가 번데기로 성장할 수 있도록 상기 유충성장부의 하면에 오염되지 않은 점질토가 적재되는 성장유도부;상기 성장유도부에서 성장한 반딧불이의 성충이 산란을 유도하도록 상기 수로의 양 가장자리에 바위와 이끼류 및 수변식물이 조성되는 산란부; 및상기 산란부와 이격되는 곳에 나무를 식재하여 그늘 및 습지를 형성하는 음지형성부로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반딧불이 복원장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 정화연못은상기 유입구로부터 유입되는 물을 채수하도록 하부로 내려갈수록 수심이 깊어지고, 저면에 상기 유공관이 형성되는 담수조;와,상기 담수조내 하단부에 호기성 박테리아를 배양할 수 있는 각종 화학성분이 혼합되어 구성된 여재가 포설되어 이에 의해 오염물질을 분해하는 제1 정화층;상기 제1 정화층 위에 제오라이트를 함유한 다공질 세라믹 여재가 포설되어 상기 다공질 세라믹 여재로부터 발생되는 미생물에 의해 정화하는 제2 정화층;상기 제2 정화층 위에 상기 제오라이트 및 올리빈(olivine)이 혼합된 여재가 포설되어 상기 여재로부터 발생되는 미생물에 의해 정화하는 제3 정화층;상기 제3 정화층 위에 상기 제1 정화층보다 미세한 입자의 여재가 포설되고 그 상부에 수변식물이 식재되는 제4 정화층; 및상기 제1 정화층과 제2 정화층 및 제3 정화층의 각 상단에 여재층간 혼합을 방지하기 위하여 도포되는 암면을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반딧불이 복원장치.
- 제 1 항 및 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 정화연못은타측 상부에 채수되는 물이 일정 수심을 유지하도록 상기 유입구보다는 상대적으로 낮은 위치에 오버플로우관이 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반딧불이 복원장치.
