Claims (9)
- 기록매체에 주입 에너지 펄스수로 형성되는 에너지빔을 주입하여 비마크부와는 물리적 성질이 다른 마크를 형성하는 것에 의해 정보를 기록하는 정보기록장치에 있어서,정보를 기록 데이타열로 변환하는 부호화수단,상기 기록 데이타열중의 마크 길이를 참조하여 소정의 규칙에 따라서 분류하는 분류수단,기록에 필요한 에너지를 발생하는 에너지 발생수단 및,상기 기록 데이타열중의 마크 길이에 따라서 마크 형성기간내의 상기 주입에너지 펄스수를 변화시키는 에너지 발생수단의 구동수단을 갖고,상기 구동수단은 상기 분류수단에 의해 실행된 분류 결과에 의거하여 바뀌는 순서에 따라서 상기 에너지 발생수단을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마크 형성기간의 에너지빔의 주입 에너지 펄스에 있어서, 상승에서 하강으로의 모든 간격은 검출창폭의 l/2 보다 긴 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,임의의 길이의 마크에 대한 마크 형성기간에 있어서, 냉각에 필요로 하는 시간은 항상 검출창폭보다 짧지 않게 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마크 형성기간의 에너지빔의 주입 에너지 펄스에 있어서, 상승에서 하강으로의 모든 간격은 검출창폭보다 짧지 않고, 또한, 대략 검출창폭의 l/2의 정수 배인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 마크 형성기간의 중간 부분에 있어서, 주입에너지 펄스의 기간은 검출 창폭의 2배보다 짧지 않고, 또한, 검출창폭의 정수배인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 분류수단은 검출창폭의 자연수 n배와 동일한 길이를 갖는 마크에 대해서 자연수 n을 2 이상의 정수로 제산한 경우에 주어진 잉여에 따라서 분류하는 수단인 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 기록매체에 주입 에너지 펄스수로 형성되는 에너지빔을 주입하여 비마크부와는 물리적 성질이 다른 마크를 형성하는 것에 의해 정보를 기록하는 정보기록장치에 있어서,정보를 기록 데이타열로 변환하는 부호화수단,기록에 필요한 에너지를 발생하는 에너지 발생수단 및,상기 기록 데이타중의 마크 길이에 따라서 상기 마크 형성기간내의 상기 주입에너지 펄스수를 변화시키는 상기 에너지 발생수단의 구동수단을 갖고,상기 구동수단은 상기 마크 형성기간의 소정 부분에 있어서의 상기 에너지 발생수단의 출력 파형이 마크 길이에 관해서 주기성을 갖도록 상기 에너지 발생수단을 구동하고,상기 구동수단은 상기 마크 형성기간의 에너지빔의 주입 에너지 펄스에 있어서, 상승에서 하강으로의 모든 간격이 검출창폭의 l/2 보다 길게 되도록 상기 에너지 발생수단을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구동수단은 상기 마크 형성기간의 선단 부분에 있어서의 상기 에너지 발생수단의 출력 파형이 마크 길이에 관해서 주기성을 갖도록 상기 에너지 발생수단을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
- 제7항에 있어서,상기 구동수단은 상기 마크 형성기간의 후단 부분에 있어서의 상기 에너지 발생수단의 출력 파형이 마크 길이에 관해서 주기성을 갖도록 상기 에너지 발생수단을 구동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보기록장치.
