Claims (7)
- 용융아연도금욕에 갖춰진 씽크롤(Sink Roll)의 롤 축부에 결합되는 슬리브(Sleeve)가 상기 롤 축부으로 부터 분리되어 헛돌게 되는 것을 방지하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 롤 축부에 끼워지는 슬리브;상기 슬리브에 인접하여 롤 축부에 끼워지고, 상기 롤 축부에 용접 결합되며, 고정 링으로 이루어지고, 그 외경은 상기 슬리브의 외경 이하인 고정수단;및상기 슬리브와 고정수단의 인접면에 형성되어 상기 슬리브와 고정수단이 상기 롤 축부와 함께 회전되도록 함으로써 상기 씽크롤의 롤 축부상에서 슬리브가 헛돌지 않도록 고정하는 연결수단;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 그 재질이 용접성이 우수한 스테인레스(STS) 재료로 이루어지는 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은 슬리브측에 형성된 키 홈과 상기 고정수단측에 형성된 키(Key)로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은 슬리브측에 형성된 키와 상기 고정수단측에 형성된 키 홈으로 이루어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
- 제4항 또는 제5항에 있어서, 상기 연결수단은 키 홈과 키가 상기 슬리브와 고정수단의 인접면상에 다수 세트로 형성되어 진 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 씽크롤의 롤 축부에는 슬리브가 먼저 끼워지고, 상기 고정수단이 그 외측으로 인접하여 끼워지거나, 상기 고정수단이 씽크롤의 롤 축부에 먼저 끼워지고, 슬리브가 나중에 끼워져서 서로 결합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 용융아연도금욕내의 씽크롤 축수부용 슬리브 고정장치.
