Claims (5)
- 회전수의 조절이 가능한 인버터 구동부에 의해 회전되는 회전축과, 상기 회전축의 내부에 축방향으로 형성된 오일유로를 통해 쉘의 내부에 채워진 오일이 압축부에 공급되도록 상기 회전축의 하단에 설치되는 급유펌프를 포함하는 인버터 압축기에 있어서;상기 회전축의 하단에서 그 내측 상부로 상기 오일유로와 연통되게 형성되는 설치홈과;상기 설치홈에 삽입되어 고정되고, 내부에 축방향으로 상기 오일유로와 연이어지는 급유통로가 형성되는 삽입부재와;상기 삽입부재의 상단으로 상기 오일유로와 연이어지는 상기 급유통로에 설치되고, 상기 회전축의 회전속도가 증가함에 따라 상기 급유통로의 단면적으로 점차 감소시켜 상기 오일유로를 통해 상승되는 급유량을 조절하는 급유량 조절부를;포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 압축기의 급유량 조절장치.
- 제1항에 있어서;상기 급유량 조절부는, 상기 급유통로와 연이어지도록 그 상단 둘레로 형성되는 슬라이딩홈과, 상기 슬라이딩홈의 내부 일측에 밀착된 상태로 슬라이딩 가능하게 삽입되는 편심질량체와, 상기 편심질량체의 일측면과 상기 슬라이딩홈의 내부 타측면 사이에 장착되는 탄성부재로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 압축기의 급유량 조절장치.
- 제2항에 있어서;상기 편심질량체는 상기 회전축의 중심에서 상기 탄성부재 측으로 치우쳐지도록 편심되게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 압축기의 급유량 조절장치.
- 제2항에 있어서;상기 탄성부재는, 상기 편심질량체의 일측면에 일단이 부착되고 타단이 상기 슬라이딩홈의 내측면에 부착되는 스프링으로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 압축기의 급유량 조절장치.
- 제2항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서;상기 편심질량체의 일측면이 밀착되는 상기 슬라이딩홈의 내측면에서 상기 회전축을 관통하여 바이패스통로가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 압축기의 급유량 조절장치.
