- 삭제
- 지면에 지지되는 베이스 프레임(10)과; 상기 베이스 프레임에 다수의 연결바(20)를 통해 결합되는 벤딩안내부(30)와; 상기 벤딩안내부의 일측에 형성되어 이중보온관(1)의 일측을 고정하는 고정블록(40)과; 그리고, 상기 벤딩안내부에 안착된 상기 이중보온관의 타측에 연결되어 상기 이중보온관이 벤딩되도록 유도하는 벤딩작동기(50)를 포함하여 구성된 지역난방 이중보온관 벤딩용 치구에 있어서상기 벤딩안내부는, 상기 베이스 프레임에 상기 연결바를 통해 연결되며 서로 다른 곡률을 갖는 복수의 곡선부(31a,31b,31c,31d,31e)가 구비된 안착플레이트(31), 상기 안착플레이트의 일면에 일정간격을 두고 결합되며 상기 이중보온관이 안착되는 다수의 곡선형 안착편(32), 상기 안착편의 양측에 각각 결합되는 한 쌍의 보강플레이트(33) 및 상하 양단부가 상기 안착편의 양측과 상기 연결바에 각각 고정되는 한 쌍의 지지브래킷(34)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지역난방 이중보온관 벤딩용 치구.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 고정블록에는 상기 이중보온관이 상기 고정브래킷에 밀착되도록 지지하는 압착볼트(41)가 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지역난방 이중보온관 벤딩용 치구.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 벤딩작동기는 상기 이중보온관의 타측에 끼워져 벤딩을 안내하는 벤딩블록(51) 및 상기 벤딩블록에 연결되며 외력에 의해 상기 이중보온관이 벤딩되도록 하는 체인블록(52)을 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 지역난방 이중보온관 벤딩용 치구.
