Claims (3)
- 측정물에 접촉되는 컨택트 볼이 단부에 설치되어 공기압을 통해 상하로 이동가능하게 설치되는 가동부재를 내부에 구비하여 선반공구대와 연결되는 프로브 장치를 구비하여, 상기 프로브 장치를 통해 상기 측정물의 기상측정을 할 수 있도록 한 초정밀 가공기용 기상측정시스템에 있어서,상기 선반공구대는 X축과 Z축 방향으로 이동가능하게 설치되는 한편,상기 프로브장치에는 상기 선반공구대의 X축, Z축 방향으로의 이동에 따른 선형 가속도와 각가속도를 측정하여 상기 선반공구대의 위치좌표를 측정할 수 있도록 한 가속도계가 설치되어,상기 가속도계를 통해 측정된 상기 선반공구대의 위치좌표를 얻을 수 있도록 하는 한편, 상기 컨택트 볼과 측정물의 접촉시 상기 컨택트 볼의 Z축 방향 이동에 따른 거리와 회전각을 조합하여 상기 측정물의 기상을 측정할 수 있도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도계를 이용한 초정밀 가공기용 기상측정시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 가속도계는 상기 선반공구대의 가속도를 상기 컨택트 볼이 상기 측정물에 접촉할 때까지 반복해서 측정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도계를 이용한 초정밀 가공기용 기상측정시스템.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 가동부재의 상단과 이격되게 설치되어 상기 컨택트 볼과 측정물의 접촉에 의해 발생되는 상기 가동부재의 상하이동에 의한 거리를 전압값의 차이를 통해 측정하는 정전용량형 센서를 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가속도계를 이용한 초정밀 가공기용 기상측정시스템.
