Claims (4)
- 레이저에 의한 패널의 전극 절단장치에 있어서,패널로부터 렌즈의 높이를 감지하는 높이센서;상기 레이저 또는 패널을 서로 상대적으로 승하강시키는 이동장치; 및상기 높이센서로부터 높이신호를 인가받아 미리 입력된 기준치와 비교하여 포커스 위치 보상이 가능하도록 상기 이동장치에 제어신호를 인가하는 콘트롤러;를 포함하여 이루어지고, 상기 레이저는 동일축 선상에 설치된 비전 영상장치가 설치되는 레이저와 비전의 동축 가공장치인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 전극 절단장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 콘트롤러는, 실시간 포커스 위치 보상이 가능하도록 기준치 비교를 소정 간격으로 반복하고, 높이신호와 기준치 값의 차이의 옵셋값을 설정하여 보정하는 모션 콘트롤러인 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 전극 절단장치.

- 패널로부터 렌즈의 높이를 감지하는 높이센서, 상기 레이저 또는 패널을 서로 상대적으로 승하강시키는 이동장치 및 상기 높이센서로부터 높이신호를 인가받아 미리 입력된 기준치와 비교하여 포커스 위치 보상이 가능하도록 상기 이동장치에 제어신호를 인가하는 콘트롤러를 구비하여 이루어지고, 상기 레이저는 동일축 선상에 설치된 비전 영상장치가 설치되는 레이저와 비전의 동축 가공장치인 레이저 전극 절단장치의 제어 방법에 있어서,상기 높이센서가 피널로부터 렌즈의 높이를 감지하여 높이신호를 인가하고, 상기 콘트롤러가 상기 높이신호를 인가받아 이를 미리 입력된 기준치와 비교하며, 상기 높이신호와 기준치의 차이가 발생하면 포커스 위치 보상이 가능하도록 상기 이동장치에 제어신호를 인가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저 전극 절단장치의 제어방법.
