Claims (7)
- 사업장폐기물을 재활용하여 고화제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,폐석회, 폐석고, 소각재, 폐석분, 규산소다 희석액을 3 : 2 : 2 : 2 : 1의 비율로 혼합하는 혼합단계와,상기 혼합물을 자연건조와 강제건조를 병행 실시하여 함수분을 제거하되, 1차적으로 혼합물을 2 ~ 3일 동안 자연건조시켜 함수분을 25% 정도로 줄이고, 2차적으로 200℃ 정도의 열 건조기를 이용하여 함수분을 10% 이하로 제거시키는 건조단계와,상기 건조단계를 거친 혼합물을 분쇄기를 이용하여 분말 형태로 분쇄하는 분쇄단계와,상기 분쇄단계를 통해 얻어진 분말 혼합물 전체 중량에 대하여 시멘트를10 ~ 15% 비율로 혼합하여 고화제를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 사업장폐기물을 이용한 고화제 제조방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 혼합단계의 규산소다 희석액은 물과 규산소다가 1:1의 비율로 혼합되며; 폐석회와, 폐석고, 소각재, 폐석분을 혼합하는 과정에서 규산소다 희석액을 살포시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 사업장폐기물을 이용한 고화제 제조방법.

- 제 1항의 방법으로 제조된 고화제를 이용하는 방법으로서 유기성 오니와 고화제를 6.5 : 3.5의 비율로 혼합하여 양생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고화제를 이용한 유기성 오니의 고화처리 방법.
