Claims (2)
- 하수슬러지용 분말 고화제에 있어서, 미연탄소 함유량이 7% ~ 20%이며 분말도는 400 ~ 2200Blaine(㎠/g)인 고미연탄소함유한 조립분석탄재 30~60중량%, 직경크기 0.3mm ~ 2mm 바텀애쉬10~15중량%, 분말도 3100Blaine(㎠/g)의 포틀랜드 시멘트 20~40중량%, 분말도가 3000Blaine(㎠/g)이상 생석회 10~15중량%로 조성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지용 분말 고화제.
- 하수슬러지용 분말 고화제의 제조방법에 있어서
제1공정( 고미연탄소함유한 조립분석탄재 제조)
화력발전소에서 발전연소후에 발생되는 분말도 3500Blaine(㎠/g)의 미립분 석탄비산재를 공기분급기( 운전조건 : 공급량 3톤/hr, 로타회전수 350rpm, 공기흡입력-550mmAq, 도관공기속도 25m/sec, 20℃의 대기공기)를 이용하여 미연탄소 함유량이 7% ~ 20%이며 분말도 400 ~ 2200Blaine(㎠/g)의 굵은 입자 조립분석탄재 조건이 되도록 공기분급을 하여 고미연탄소함유한 조립분석탄재를 제조한 후,
제2공정(바텀애쉬제조)
바텀애쉬는 화력발전소에서 석탄 연소시 연소보일러 하부에서 생성되는 석탄재로서 크기는 보통 3 ~ 30mm 정도이며, 이를 롤러 크러샤를 이용하여 0.3mm ~ 2mm크기로 분쇄 선별하되, 롤러 크라샤의 운전조건은 공급량 0.5톤/hr, 롤러회전수 18rpm, 롤러 압력 180㎏/㎠, 롤러와 롤러 간격은 2mm로 조정하여 바텀애쉬를 제조한 다음,
제3공정(혼합공정)
상기에서 제조된 10 ~ 17 ㎡/g의 비표면적을 갖는 다공성 물질인 미연탄소 함유량이 7% ~ 20%이며 분말도는 400 ~ 2200Blaine(㎠/g)의 고미연탄소함유한 조립분석탄재 30~60중량%와 직경크기 0.3mm ~ 2mm 바텀애쉬 10~15중량%와 분말도 3100Blaine(㎠/g)의 포틀랜드 시멘트 20~40중량%와 분말도가 3000Blaine(㎠/g)이상 생석회 10~15중량%를 혼합하여 분말상으로 제조함을 특징으로 하는 하수슬러지용 분말 고화제의 제조방법.
