Claims (2)
- 외부 장치로부터 영상데이터의 입력 개시를 알리는 데이터 인에이블신호를 입력받아 액정패널에 콘트롤신호 및 데이타신호를 출력하는 콘트롤러와, 전원전압을 입력받아 액정패널의 구동에 필요한 여러 전원을 액정패널로 발생하는 DC-DC 변환기를 구비한 액정표시소자에 있어서,상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 입력을 검출하여 상기 DC-DC 변환기를 구동시키기 위한 콘트롤신호를 발생하는 콘트롤신호 발생회로를 포함하며,상기 콘트롤신호 발생회로는 상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 왜곡을 방지하기 위한 다이오드와; 상기 다이오드를 통한 데이터 인에이블신호가 게이트에 인가되면 상기 전원전압을 전달하기 위한 제1트랜지스터와; 상기 제1트랜지스터를 통해 인가되는 전원전압이 게이트에 인가되면 상기 전원전압을 콘트롤신호로서 DC-DC 변환기로 제공하기 위한 제2트랜지스터를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤신호 발생회로는상기 데이터 인에이블신호의 로우구간에서도 하이상태의 제어신호를 발생하도록 데이터 인에이블신호를 유지하기 위한 유지수단으로서, 상기 다이오드와 제1 트랜지스터의 드레인사이에 연결된 제1콘덴서와, 상기 제1트랜지스터의 게이트와 상기 제2트랜지스터의 드레인사이에 연결된 저항과; 상기 저항과 접지사이에 연결된 제2콘덴서를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시소자.
