Decorative glass using a transfer film for glass plate according to the present invention and a method for producing the same, in the method of forming a pattern on the glass surface using a transfer film by using a transfer film coated with a transfer pattern layer and an adhesive on the film itself The present invention relates to a decorative glass and a method for manufacturing the same, which are provided to simplify the manufacturing process and form an effective protective coating layer.
Glass is composed of silica sand (SiO 2 ), soda ash (Na 2 Co 3 ), limestone (CaCo 3 ), and the main ingredients are boric acid (B 2 O 3 ), cullet, alkali nitrate (NaNO 3 ), and fluorine. It is made by mixing various additives such as calcium fluoride (CaF 2 ) as a subsidiary material and dissolving them at a high temperature to cool them so that they do not crystallize. This glass is divided into silicate glass, borosilicate glass, phosphate glass, etc. according to the kind of the main component, and it is divided into general plate glass, multilayer glass, tempered glass, etc. according to the physical property.
As a method of forming a pattern on the surface of these glasses, a spray transfer method or a silkscreen printing method has conventionally been used. However, the spray transfer method is difficult to implement a variety of designs due to the limitation of the method of spraying, as well as the sprayed material is diffused into the atmosphere to cause environmental pollution. The silk screen printing method has a disadvantage in that the same design cannot be repeatedly printed in the same color, and thus the vividness of the color varies according to the product and the manufacturing cost is increased because the manufacturing process is complicated and mass production cannot be performed.
What is proposed to solve this conventional problem is to use a transfer film having a predetermined pattern, one embodiment of which is disclosed in Korean Patent Laid-Open Publication No. 2003-36333. This patent relates to a "color / pattern coating method of tempered glass", the step of washing the tempered glass as shown in Figure 1, spraying the adhesive uniformly to a thickness of 10 ~ 20㎛ on one side of the washed tempered glass The lower coating step to paint, the first drying step to dry for 5 to 15 minutes at a temperature of 70 ~ 90 ℃, by pressing and transferring the transfer paper on the upper surface of the lower coating using a heating roller maintained at a temperature of 110 ~ 130 ℃ Transfer step of transferring color or pattern, upper coating step of spraying and coating paint uniformly with thickness of 25 ~ 35㎛ on upper surface of transfer surface using air spray, and 5 ~ 15 minutes at temperature of 70 ~ 90 ℃ It consists of a secondary drying step of drying during.
However, according to this coating method, the whole process is rather complicated because it requires a separate step of applying the adhesive to the glass surface and drying it before the transfer step. In addition, the paint applied to protect the transferred pattern layer is not only thin in thickness, but also has a disadvantage in that surface damage such as scratching occurs easily due to its low hardness because it is dried at low temperatures.
The present invention has been proposed to solve this problem, by using a transfer film coated with an adhesive on the film itself, not only to simplify the manufacturing process but also to more effectively form a coating layer to protect the transferred pattern to further improve the protective effect The purpose is to provide a decorative glass and a method of manufacturing the same.
Method for producing a decorative glass using a transfer film for a glass plate according to the present invention for achieving the above object, the washing step of washing the surface of the glass to be transferred; A transfer step of transferring the transfer film for the glass plate coated with the pattern layer to be transferred and the adhesive onto the glass using a thermocompression roller heated to 80 to 100 ° C .; A coating and drying step of coating a synthetic resin on the upper surface of the transferred pattern layer to a thickness of 20 ~ 60㎛ and drying the coated glass to 70 ~ 150 ℃.
On the other hand, the decorative glass using a transfer film for a glass plate according to the present invention is a transfer pattern layer is formed on the glass surface by a transfer film for a glass plate coated with a pattern layer to be transferred and an adhesive, to protect the transfer pattern layer On the upper surface is formed a coating layer of 20 ~ 60㎛ thick synthetic resin.
Hereinafter, with reference to the accompanying drawings will be described in detail the decorative glass and the manufacturing method according to the present invention. Figure 2 is a flow chart illustrating a manufacturing method of the decorative glass according to the present invention, Figure 3 is a view showing a brief manufacturing process, Figure 4 is an enlarged view of the "A" portion of Figure 3 transfer film for a glass plate It is sectional drawing which shows the structure of.
The method of manufacturing a decorative glass according to the present invention is largely divided into a washing step, a preheating step, a transfer step, a coating and a drying step. Among these, the preheating step is an optional process, and the coating and drying step is composed of a first coating and drying step made at a low temperature and a second coating and drying step made at a high temperature.
First, the cleaning step (S10) is made by immersing the glass in a cleaning agent such as alcohol, an organic solvent for a predetermined time, or by wiping the surface of the glass to be transferred using a cleaning cloth soaked in the cleaning agent. If foreign matter remains on the glass surface, not only the adhesion to the transfer film is degraded, but also the surface of the pattern is not flat even after being transferred, and thus the transfer quality is deteriorated.
The preheating step (S20) is a step of preheating the glass to 30 ~ 60 ℃ to remove the residual moisture of the washed glass surface and to facilitate the thermal transfer in the post-transfer step. When suddenly contacting the thermocompression roller heated at 80 to 100 ° C. at room temperature, the glass surface may be damaged or wrinkles may occur in the transfer paper due to thermal shock due to the temperature difference between the glass surface and the inside. Prevents this. However, when the size of the glass to be thermally transferred is small, such a preheating step may be omitted because the entire glass may be sufficiently heated even in a short time when the thermocompression roller is in contact.
The transfer step (S30) is a step of high-temperature transfer to the
As shown in FIG. 4, the
In addition, the
According to the present invention, not only the manufacturing process is simplified by using the
The coating and drying step is a step of coating a synthetic resin with a thickness of 20 ~ 60㎛ on the upper surface of the
This coating and drying step may consist of only one coating in the thickness range and one drying process in the temperature range. It can be used when small decorative glass or high quality is not required because the process is very simple and the manufacturing cost is low. However, when manufacturing large or high quality decorative glass, the coating and drying steps are repeated twice in different temperature ranges to increase the protective effect of the
Therefore, the most effective manufacturing method according to the present invention is to configure the coating and drying steps in the primary and secondary. First, in the first coating step (S40), the synthetic resin is coated on the upper surface of the
If the coating thickness of the synthetic resin is less than 20 μm, the pressure applied to the
The first drying step (S50) is a step of drying the
The secondary coating step (S60) is a step of coating a synthetic resin on the upper surface of the
The secondary drying step (S70) is a step of drying the secondary coated
Meanwhile, the first and second drying steps not only increase the hardness of the coating layers 45 and 65 but also improve the adhesion of the
The decorative glass manufactured according to the present invention configured as described above is a
