Claims (4)
- 양측 면에 링홈을 구비하는 다수 장의 얇은 스테이터코어를 방사상으로 적층하여 원통형상으로 형성하고, 상기 링홈에 적어도 한 개 이상의 고정링을 압입하여 원통형상을 유지하면서 실린더의 외주면에 압입 고정하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자에 있어서,상기 실린더의 외주면에 접하는 각 스테이터코어의 내주에는 상기 실린더의 외주면에 압착하도록 양측 끝단에서 소정의 간격을 두고 적어도 한 개 이상의 고정돌부를 돌출 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 구조.
- 제1항에 있어서,고정돌부의 좌우 양쪽 내주측 끝단은 링홈의 범위밖에 위치하도록 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,고정돌부는 스테이터코어의 내주측에서 단차지게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 구조.
- 제2항에 있어서,고정돌부는 스테이터코어의 내주측 모서리에서 소정의 각도로 경사지게 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 왕복동식 압축기의 내측고정자 구조.
