Claims (14)
- 고속전송 회로기판용 열경화성 수지 조성물에 있어서,a) 한 분자 중 2 개 이상의 시아네이트기를 가지는 시아네이트 에스테르계 수지 100 중량부;b) 다이시클로 펜타디엔계 에폭시 수지 50 내지 300 중량부;c) 에폭시 관능기를 가지는 폴리페닐렌 에테르 5 내지 100 중량부;d) 시아네이트 에스테르 수지 경화촉진제 5 내지 300 ppm;e) 상기 b) 다이시클로 펜타디엔계 에폭시 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 에폭시수지 경화촉진제 0.05 내지 3 중량부;f) 1가 페놀류 화합물 1 내지 30 중량부; 및g) 상기 a) 시아네이트 에스테르계 수지와 b) 다이시클로 펜타디엔계 에폭시 수지 100 중량부를 기준으로 난연제 5 내지 50 중량부를 포함하고,상기 c) 에폭시 관능기를 가지는 폴리페닐렌 에테르는 하기 화학식 3으로 표시되는 화합물이고,상기 f) 1가 페놀류 화합물은 하기 화학식 4로 표시되는 화합물이고,상기 g) 난연제는 1,2-다이브로모-4-(1,2-다이브로모에틸)시클로헥산(1,2-dibromo-4-(1,2-dibromoethyl)cyclohexane), 테트라브로모시클로헥산(tetrabromocyclohexane), 헥사브로모시클로데칸(hexabromocyclodecane), 및 하기 화학식 5로 표시되는 2,4,6-트리스(트리브로모페녹시)-1,3,5-트리아진(2,4,6-tris(tribromophenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것인열경화성 수지 조성물:[화학식 3]상기 화학식 3의 식에서, n은 0 또는 양의 정수이다.[화학식 4]상기 화학식 4의 식에서, R6 및 R7은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 CH3이고, n은 1 또는 2이다.[화학식 5]
- 삭제
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 a)의 한 분자 중 2 개 이상의 시아네이트기를 가지는 시아네이트 에스 테르계 수지가 2,2-비스(4-시아네이트페닐)프로판, 비스(3,5-디메틸-4-시아네이트페닐)메탄, 및 2,2-비스(4-시아네이트페닐)-1,1,1,3,3,3-헥사 플루오로 프로판으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 c)의 에폭시 관능기를 가지는 폴리페닐렌 에테르의 평균분자량이 1,000 내지 10,000이고, 말단기에 에폭사이드 고리를 가지는 화합물인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 d)의 시아네이트 에스테르 수지 경화촉진제가 나프텐산(napthenates) 철, 나프텐산 동, 나프텐산 아연, 나프텐산 코발트, 옥틸산(oactoates) 철, 옥틸산 동, 옥틸산 아연, 옥틸산 코발트, 아세틸아세토네이트(acetylacetonates) 납, 및 아세틸아세토네이트 코발트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 e)의 에폭시 수지 경화촉진제가 1-메틸 이미다졸(1-methylimidazole), 2-메틸 이미다졸, 2-에틸-4-메틸 이미다졸, 2-페닐 이미다졸, 2-시클로헥실-4-메틸 이미다졸, 4-부틸-5-에틸이미다졸, 2-메틸-5-에틸 이미다졸, 2-옥틸-4-헥실 이미다졸, 및 2,5-클로로-4-에틸 이미다졸로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 f) 1가 페놀류 화합물은 다이노닐페놀(dinonylphenol) 및 4-쿠밀페놀(4-cumylphenol)로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 것인 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 수지 조성물이 실리카, 알루미나, 수산화알미늄, 탄산칼슘, 클레이, 활석, 질화규소, 질화붕소, 산화티탄, 티탄산 바륨, 및 티탄산 염으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 1 종 이상 선택되는 무기물 충전제를 추가로 포함하는 열경화성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 기재의 열경화성 수지 조성물을 포함하는 동박적층판.
