Claims (5)
- 긴 가지가 도입된 폴리올레핀 중합체 80∼94.95중량%, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 5∼20중량% 및 산화방지제 0.05∼0.5중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 성형성이 우수하고 고탄성인 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 긴 가지가 도입된 폴리올레핀 중합체는 다음의 (a), (b) 및 (c)를 포함하여 이루어지는 촉매의 존재 하에서 중합 또는 공중합된 것임을 특징으로 하는 진공 성형성이 우수하고 고탄성인 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물:(a) 마그네슘 화합물, 티타늄 화합물, 전자 공여체를 포함하는 올레핀 중합용 고체 티타늄 촉매를 2개 이상의 이중결합을 갖는 실란 화합물로 표면 처리한 다음, 이 표면 처리된 촉매에 올레핀 단량체 및 디엔 화합물을 전중합시켜 얻어진 전중합 촉매;(b) 주기율표 제I족 또는 제III족 금속의 유기금속 화합물; 및(c) 외부 전자공여체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 긴 가지가 도입된 폴리올레핀 중합체는 긴 가지가 도입된 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 성형성이 우수하고 고탄성인 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌은 용융지수가 0.1∼20g/10분(ASTM D1238: 230℃, 2.16kg)인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 성형성이 우수하고 고탄성인 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는 밀도가 0.86~0.91g/㎤이고, 용융지수가 0.5~20g/10분(ASTM D1238: 230℃, 2.16kg)이고, 겔 퍼미에이션 크로마토그래피법으로 측정된 분자량 분포(Mw/Mn)가 4 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 진공 성형성이 우수하고 고탄성인 폴리올레핀 수지 조성물.
