Claims (2)
- 연소설비에 공급되는 배관 내 연료가스의 유량을 측정하는 장치에 있어서,배관(11)의 중심축으로부터 일정 거리의 외부에 설치된 열전도 부재(14); 상기 열전도 부재(14)의 외부와 내부의 일정 거리에 각각 설치된 제1발열체(15)와 제2발열체(16); 상기 열전도 부재(14) 및 제1, 제2발열체(15, 16) 주위를 감싸는 단열재(17); 상기 열전도 부재(14)의 외주면과 내주면에 설치된 제어용 열전대(18); 상기 제어용 열전대(18)의 온도구배가 0이 되도록 제2발열체(16)의 발열량을 제어하는 제어부(미도시); 및 측면의 단열재(17)가 설치된 배관(11) 외주면 양쪽에 설치되어 제1발열체(15)로부터의 공급열량에 의한 연료가스(12)의 온도 변화를 측정하는 측정용 열전대(19)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 배관내 연료가스의 유량 측정장치.
- 제1항의 장치를 이용하여, 제1발열체(15)로부터 연료가스(12)로의 공급열량(Qin)과, 제어용 열전대(18)의 온도구배가 0이 되도록 제2발열체(16)의 공급열량을 제어한 상태에서 측정용 열전대(19)로부터 연료가스(12)의 온도 변화(ΔT)를 구한 다음 하기의 식으로부터 연료가스의 유량()을 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배관내 연료가스의 유량 측정방법.
