Claims (6)
- 액정표시장치와 구동회로가 형성된 PCB 사이에 TCP, COF, FPC 등을 장착시키기 위한 PCB 본딩장치의 열압착툴에 있어서,상기 PCB 본딩장치에 승하강 가능하게 결합되는 냉각블럭과;전체 또는 적어도 일부가 알루미늄 금속 또는 세라믹 재질로 형성된 본체와, 이 본체 내부에 구비되어 발열되는 히터를 포함하며, 이 히터 일측에 구비되어 히터로 부터 전달되는 열을 이용하여 TCP, COF, FPC 등을 PCB 또는 액정표시장치에 압착시켜 연결하는 압착바가 구비되는 열압착부와;알루미늄 금속 또는 세라믹 재질로 형성된 다수의 방열판과 방열부재의 적층체로 형성되고 상기 냉각블럭과 열압착부 사이에 구비되어 냉각블럭과 열압착부를 연결하며 히터로부터 전달되는 열을 1차 냉각시키는 제1냉각수단과;상기 냉각블럭 내부와 연통되게 연결되는 공기유통관과, 크기가 다른 내측팬 및 외측팬을 동축선상에 축결합시켜 서로 반대되는 방향으로 회전시킴으로써 공기를 와류시켜 온도별로 구별하고, 구별된 공기중 온도가 높아 가벼운 공기는 펌프 외부로 배출하고 온도가 낮아 무거운 공기는 공기유통관으로 유통시키는 와류형 공기펌프인 와류공급기를 포함하여 상기 냉각블럭 내부로 차가운 공기를 공급함으로써 제1냉각수단으로 부터 전달되는 열을 2차 냉각시키는 제2냉각수단을 포함하여 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 PCB 본딩장치의 열압착툴.
