Claims (3)
- 구동축을 회전가능하게 지지함과 동시에 피스톤을 왕복운동가능하게 수용하는 보어가 형성된 실린더 블록, 상기 구동축의 회전에 의해 회전하는 사판, 상기 피스톤의 리세스부의 양측내면의 대향하는 위치에 형성한 슈포켓에 배치한 슈를 통해 상기 사판의 외주부를 습동가능하게 지지하고, 구동축의 회전에 의해 상기 사판을 회전시켜 피스톤을 보어 내에서 왕복운동시키는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,일측이 개구되고 외주면 둘레방향으로 요홈을 갖으며, 개구부의 단부가 소정길이 연장되는 연장부를 갖고, 상기 연장부를 절곡하여 개구부를 기밀하게 밀폐시켜 형성된 원통형의 바디; 및상기 바디와 브릿지에 의해 연결되고 양측 내면에 사판의 표리면을 지지하는 슈가 수용되는 한 쌍의 슈포켓을 갖는 단면이 U형상인 리세스부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기용 피스톤.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 연장부를 절곡한 후 중앙에 형성된 개구를 용접부재에 의해 밀폐되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기용 피스톤.
- 구동축을 회전가능하게 지지함과 동시에 피스톤을 왕복운동가능하게 수용하는 보어가 형성된 실린더 블록, 상기 구동축의 회전에 의해 회전하는 사판, 상기 피스톤의 리세스부의 양측내면의 대향하는 위치에 형성한 슈포켓에 배치한 슈를 통해 상기 사판의 외주부를 습동가능하게 지지하고, 구동축의 회전에 의해 상기 사판을 회전시켜 피스톤을 보어 내에서 왕복운동시키는 사판식 압축기에 있어서,일측이 개구되고 외주면 둘레방향으로 요홈을 갖으며, 개구부의 단부가 소정길이 연장되는 연장부를 갖고, 내부 원통부의 축선방향으로 소정길이 충진용 보가 돌설되며, 상기 연장부를 절곡하여 그 단부가 상기 충진용 보의 외주면과 밀착되어 개구부를 기밀하게 밀폐시켜 형성된 원통형의 바디; 및상기 바디와 브릿지에 의해 연결되고 양측 내면에 사판의 표리면을 지지하는 슈가 수용되는 한 쌍의 슈포켓을 갖는 단면이 U형상인 리세스부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용량가변형 사판식 압축기용 피스톤.
