Claims (3)
- 양극 및 음극을 포함한 일렉트로루미네센스(ElectroLuminescence) 소자와;소스 전극이 보유 용량에, 드레인 전극이 드레인 신호선에, 게이트 전극이 게이트 신호선에 각각 접속된 제1 박막 트랜지스터와;드레인 전극이 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자의 구동 전원에, 게이트 전극이 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극에 각각 접속된 제2 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자의 양극 사이에, 소정 주기의 외부 신호에 따라 스위칭되는 제3 및 제4 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고, 상기 제3 및 제4 박막 트랜지스터의 사이에 충전용 용량을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제3 박막 트랜지스터와 상기 제4 박막 트랜지스터가 교대로 온/오프하는 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
- 양극, 및 구동 전원에 접속된 음극을 포함한 일렉트로루미네센스 소자와;소스 전극이 보유 용량에, 드레인 전극이 드레인 신호선에, 게이트 전극이 게이트 신호선에 각각 접속된 제1 박막 트랜지스터와;드레인 전극이 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자의 상기 구동 전원에, 게이트 전극이 상기 제1 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극에 각각 접속된 제2 박막 트랜지스터를 포함하고,상기 제2 박막 트랜지스터의 소스 전극과 상기 일렉트로루미네센스 소자의 양극 사이에 제1 다이오드 및 제2 다이오드가 직렬로 접속됨과 동시에, 상기 제1 다이오드와 제2 다이오드의 사이에 충전용 용량을 포함하며, 또한 상기 구동 전원은 주기적으로 상이한 전위를 공급하는 구동 전원인 것을 특징으로 하는 일렉트로루미네센스 표시 장치의 구동 회로.
