Description
Claims (11)
- 유도열에 의해 금속 표면(3)에서 녹 및 페인트를 제거하는 방법에 있어서,상기 유도열은 금속 표면(3)을 따라 운동하는 유도 코일(1)에 의해 공급되고, 단위 표면 영역 당 공급된 에너지량은 금속 표면(3)을 따른 유도 코일 속도와 관계없이 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유도 코일(1)은 휘일(2)과 함께 배치되고, 휘일은 회전 속도계(4)를 더 포함하며, 제어 유닛(5)이 회전 속도계(4)로부터의 신호에 의해 유도 코일(1)로의 에너지 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 제어 유닛(5)에 의해 유도 코일(1)로의 에너지 공급량은 금속 표면을 따른 유도 코일(1)의 속도에 비례하고, 상기 속도는 회전 속도계(4)에 의해 기록되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 유도 코일(1)의 주파수 및 전류 세기는 금속(3) 내의 양호한 온도 및 온도 프로파일을 달성하도록 제어 유닛(5)에 의해 수동 또는 자동으로 조절될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 유도열에 의해 금속 표면(3)에서 녹 및 페인트를 제거하는 장치에 있어서,상기 장치는 금속 표면(3)에 따른 속도와 관계없이 단위 표면 영역 당 일정한 에너지량을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 유도 코일(1)은 휘일(2)과 함께 배치되고, 휘일은 회전 속도계(4)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서, 제어 유닛(5)이 회전 속도계(4)로부터 수신된 신호의 함수로서 유도 코일(1)로의 에너지 공급을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유도 코일(1)로부터 공급된 에너지량은 휘일(2)의 회전 속도에 비례하는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제5항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도 코일(1)의 주파수 및 전류 세기는 금속(3) 내의 양호한 온도 및 온도 프로파일을 달성하도록 제어 유닛(5)에 의해 수동 또는 자동으로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
