Claims (9)
- 메탈로센 촉매 성분, 알루미녹산, 다공성 담체 및 하기 화학식으로 표현되는 개질제를 포함하는 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물.상기 식에서, R1, R2 및 L은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴옥시기, 알케닐기, 아릴알킬기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴알케닐기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로알킬알케닐기, 헤테로아릴기, 헤테로시클로알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기가 -S-, -PO3=, -CON-, -COO- 및/또는 -O- 를 매개로 결합된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기, 또는 치환 또는 비치환된 헤테로아릴 아민기이고, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제의 사용량은 담지 촉매 전체 중량을 기준으로 0.1 내지 5중량%인 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 담체의 사용량은 담지 촉매 전체 중량을 기준으로 65 내지 75중량%이고, 상기 알루미녹산 성분의 알루미늄 대 메탈로센 촉매 성분의 전이금속의 몰비([알루미늄]:[전이금속])는 10:1 내지 500:1이고, 메탈로센 성분의 전이금속 대 개질제의 -OH기의 몰비는 1:10 내지 10:1 인 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 R1 및 R2는 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기이고, n이 2 이상인 경우, 상기 L은 연결체로서, 하나 이상의 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기가 -S-, -PO3=, -CON-, -COO- 및/또는 -O- 를 매개로 결합된 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기인 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개질제는 2,6-디-터부틸-4-메틸페놀, 트리에틸렌글리콜-비스-3-(3-터부틸-4-히드록시-5-메틸페닐)프로피오네이트, 1,6-헥산-디올-비스-3(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 2,4-비스-(노말옥틸띠오)-6-(4'-히드록시-3',5'-디-터부틸-아닐리노)-1,3,5-트리아진, 펜타어리쓰리틸-테트라키스 [3-(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 2,2'-띠오디에틸-비스[3-(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시페닐)-프로피오네이트], 옥타데실-3-(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, N,N'-헥사메틸렌-비스-3-(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트, 3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시-벤질포스포닉엑시드 디에틸에테르, 1,3,5-트리메틸-2,4,6-트리(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시벤질)벤젠, 1,3,5-트리(3,5-디-터부틸-4-히드록시벤질)-s-트리아진-2,4,6(1H, 3H, 5H)트리온, 2-메틸-4,6-비스-[(옥틸디오)-메틸]페놀 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물.
- 메탈로센 촉매 성분, 알루미녹산, 다공성 담체 및 하기 화학식으로 표현되는 개질제를 용매에 첨가하여 균일한 혼합 용액을 제조하는 과정; 및상기 혼합 용액으로부터 용매를 제거하는 과정을 포함하는 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.상기 식에서, R1, R2 및 L은 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 알콕시기, 아릴기, 아릴옥시기, 알케닐기, 아릴알킬기, 알킬아릴기, 아릴알케닐기, 시클로알킬기, 시클로알킬알케닐기, 헤테로아릴기, 헤테로시클로알킬기, 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기 또는 헤테로아릴기가 -S-, -N-,-O-, -COO-, -CON- 또는 -O- 를 매개로 결합된 아민기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기이고, n은 1 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 균일한 혼합 용액은 메탈로센 촉매 성분 및 알루미녹산을 혼합한 용액에 개질제로 처리된 담체를 첨가하여 제조하는 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 균일한 혼합 용액은 메탈로센 촉매 성분 및 활성화제를 혼합한 용액에 담체를 가한 후 개질제를 첨가하여 제조하는 것인 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 개질제로 처리된 담지 촉매를 올레핀을 이용하여 선처리하는 과정을 더욱 포함하는 메탈로센 담지 촉매 조성물의 제조방법.
