Claims (2)
- 연속식 파이프 제조방법에 있어서,모터(1)에 의해 구동되는 형틀(2)에 합성수지(11a)를 감고 그 위에 유리섬유(11b)를 감은 후 다시 그 위에 합성수지(11a)를 함침시켜 내층(11)을 형성하는 단계와;상기 내층(11) 위에 모르타르(12a)를 도포하여 중간층(12)을 형성하는 단계와;상기 중간층(12) 위에 합성수지(13a)를 감고 그 위에 유리섬유(13b)를 감은 후 다시 그 위에 합성수지(13a)를 함침시켜 외층(13)을 형성하는 단계와;상기 유리섬유(13a) 위에 이형필름(14a)을 압착하면서 감아 최외층(14)을 형성하는 단계와;상기 단계들에 의해 형성된 내층(11), 중간층(12), 외층(13) 및 최외층(14)으로 구성된 적층체를 고온에서 경화시키는 단계와;상기 최외층(14)을 이루는 이형필름(14a)을 제거하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속식 파이프 제조방법.
- 합성수지(11a) 내부에 유리섬유(11b)가 매입된 내층(11)과;상기 내층(11) 위에 적층되며 모르타르(12a)로 이루어진 중간층(12)과;상기 중간층(12) 위에 적층되며 합성수지(13a) 내부에 유리섬유(13b)가 매입된 외층(13)과;상기 외층(13)을 감싸 파이프 형상을 유지하고 표면을 깨끗하게 하기 위한 이형필름(14a)으로 이루이진 최외층(14)으로 구성되며, 상기 이형필름(14a)을 제거하고 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 파이프.
