Claims (3)
- 금속제품을 가스질화하는 방법에 있어서,소정의 온도를 유지한 상태로 제1설정시간 동안 열처리하는 제1단계와,상기 제1단계보다 승온한 상태로 제2설정시간 동안 열처리하는 제2단계와,서냉하면서 115℃~125℃의 온도범위에서 금속제품을 장출하는 제3단계를 거치도록 함을 특징으로 하는 가스질화의 열처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1단계는 505℃~515℃의 온도를 유지한 상태로 30시간 동안 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스질화의 열처리 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제2단계는 525℃~535℃내외의 온도를 유지한 상태로 52시간 동안 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스질화의 열처리 방법.
