Claims (4)
- 0.4∼1.0%의 탄소, Mn:1%이하, Cr:1%이하, Si:1%미만이 포함되는 고탄소강 슬라브를 연속식 열간압연설비에서 열연강대로 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 고탄소강 슬라브를 Ae3+30℃∼Ae3+50℃ 또는 Acm+30℃∼Acm+50℃의 마무리압연온도에서 열간압연을 종료하고 수냉각하여 600~650℃의 온도구간에서 권취하여 폭 및 길이방향으로 펄라이트 조직을 갖는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고탄소강 열연강대의 에지크랙 발생방지를 위한 저온압연방법.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 마무리압연온도(FDT)와 권취온도(CT)는 다음의 관계 FDT-CT≤180℃의 조건을 만족함을 특징으로 하는 고탄소강 열연강대의 에지크랙 발생방지를 위한 저온압연방법.
