Claims (3)
- 고형분 10∼11 중량%, 평균 입경 100 × 10μ, pH 2.5∼4.5인 콜로이달 알루미나 15∼25 중량부와, 고형분 20∼21 중량%, 평균 입경 10∼20μ, pH 2∼4의 콜로이달 실리카 30∼40 중량부 및, 이온 교환수 40∼50 중량부로 이루어진 혼합액 650∼800 중량부에 에폭시 수지 10∼40 중량부, 3-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란 10∼20 중량부, 침상 결정 규산알루미늄 분말 30∼70 중량부, 디부틸틴디라우레이트 0.1∼0.3 중량부, 85% 인산 1∼3 중량부와 무기질 안료를 50∼200 중량부 배합한 주제액 52∼62 중량부; 에 대하여,메틸트리메톡시실란 또는 메틸트리에톡시실란 75∼99 중량부에 50 중량%의 수용성 아크릴 수지를 함유하는 수용성 유기용매액 25∼1 중량부로 이루어진 경화제액 48∼38 중량부; 를 혼합 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,콜로이달 알루미나/콜로이달 실리카/이온 교환수의 혼합물은,콜로이달 알루미나액을 고속 교반하에 이온 교환수로 희석하고, 여기에 콜로이달 실리카를 서서히 첨가하면서 50℃ 이하로 유지될 때 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 주제액에는 에폭시 수지 대신에 수용성 아크릴 수지를 사용하고, 상기 경화제액에는 수용성 아크릴 수지 대신에 에폭시 수지를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도료 조성물.
