Claims (10)
- 유니버설 조인트용 조인트 요크에 있어서,종축(5)과,종축(5) 상에 중심이 맞추어진 기부(6)와,종축(5)의 대향된 방향에서 오프셋되며, 종축(5)에 대해 직각으로 연장되는 공통 보어 축(10)을 포함하는 지지 보어(9)를 각각 포함하며, 기부(6)와 일체형인 두 개의 아암 부분(11, 12)을 각각 포함하며, 상기 아암 부분(11, 12)은 지지 보어(9)를 통해 분리되며, 상기 아암 부분(11, 12)은, 적어도 두 개의 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)를 각각 포함하고 기부(6)로부터 이격된 단부 표면(13, 14)을 포함하며, 상기 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)들의 중심은 인접한 지지 보어(9)의 보어 축(10) 상으로 각각 투영될 때 종축(5)에 대해 상이한 간격(D, E, F)으로 배치되며, 종축(5)에 대해 가장 큰 간격(F)으로 배치된 나사 보어(21)가 다른 나사 보어(19, 20)들보다 큰 직경(X)을 가지며, 두 개의 아암 부분(11, 12)을 연결하고 단부 표면(13, 14)에 상응하게 형성된 접합 표면(16, 17)이 구비된 브리지 요소(15, 18)를 각각 포함하며, 상기 접합 표면(16, 17) 내에는 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)에 상응하게 형성 및 배치된 관통 보어(25)가 있는 두 개의 요크 아암(7, 8)과,브리지 요소(15, 18)의 부착을 위해 요크 아암(7, 8)의 아암 부분(11, 12)에 작용하고 나사 보어(19, 20, 21) 및 관통 보어(25)에 맞추어진 나사(22, 23, 24)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아암 부분(11, 12)의 단부 표면(13, 14) 및 브리지 요소(15, 18)의 접합 표면(16, 17)에는 치형이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제2항에 있어서, 치형의 톱니들은 보어 축(10)에 평행하게 연장되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단부 표면(13, 14)마다 세 개의 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)가 그리고 접합 표면(16, 17)마다 상기 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)에 상응하는 세 개의 관통 보어(25)가 제공되며, 세 개의 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)는 모두 종축(5)에 대해 상이한 간격(D, E, F)으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제4항에 있어서, 단부 표면(13, 14)마다 제공된 세 개의 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)는 모두 상이한 직경을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단부 표면(13, 14)마다, 가장 큰 직경(X)을 갖는 나사 보어(21)가 보어 축(10)에 대해 가장 작은 거리(C)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제6항에 있어서, 단부 표면(13, 14)마다 제공된 나사 보어(19, 20, 21)는 모두 보어 축(10)에 대해 상이한 거리(A, B, C)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제1항에 있어서, 종축(5)에 대해 가장 큰 간격을 갖는 나사 보어(21) 및 이에 상응하는 나사(24)는 그 다음으로 작은 나사 보어(20) 또는 나사(23)보다 직경이 1 내지 30 % 더 크게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조인트 요크.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제1 조인트 요크(2)와, 제2 조인트 요크(3)와, 제1 조인트 요크(2) 및 제2 조인트 요크(3)를 서로 연결하는 저널 크로스(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 조인트.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제1 조인트 요크(2)와, 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 제2 조인트 요크(3)와, 제1 조인트 요크(2) 및 제2 조인트 요크(3)를 서로 연결하는 저널 크로스(4)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유니버설 조인트.
