Claims (5)
- 천연물 유래의 친수성 또는 극성 생고분자를, 표면을 전처리한 폴리올레핀계 합성고분자 필름 위에 박막 코팅하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체의 제조방법
- 천연물 유래의 친수성 또는 극성 생고분자를, 표면을 전처리한 폴리올레핀계 합성고분자 필름층 사이에 첩합하여 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체의 제조방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 생고분자는 탄수화물/다당류 소재인 알지네이트, 펙틴, 카라기난, 전분, 전분 가수분해물, 키토산 또는 셀룰로오즈 유도체, 단백질 소재인 젤라틴, 글루텐, 제인, 대두 단백, 유청 단백 및 이들의 혼합물을 주원료로 사용하고, 가소제로서 글리세롤, 프로필렌글리콜, 폴리에틸렌글리콜, 폴리프로필렌글리콜, 솔비톨 또는 자당을 보조원료로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체의 제조방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 폴리올레핀계 합성고분자 필름은 코로나 방전, 플라즈마 이온화, 오존, 화염 또는 유기용매로 표면을 전처리 한 것을 특징으로 하는 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름 구조체의 제조방법
- 제1항 또는 제2항의 제조방법으로 얻어지는 산소 차단성 플라스틱 복합필름
