Claims (4)
- PVC 중합기에서 배출되는 폐수를 폐수 폰드에 집수하고, 그 다음 액셀러레이터, 집수 폰드, 안트라싸이트 필터를 통과시켜, 오·폐수 내에 잔류하는 부유물이나 유기물의 입자를 분리하는 전처리 공정;상기 전처리 공정을 거친 전처리수를 폭기조와 접촉산화조의 혼합조에 유입시켜 미생물에 의한 접촉산화법을 통하여 유기물을 제거하는 공정; 및상기 유기물이 제거된 처리수를 쿠션탱크에 유입시킨 다음, 카본 필터, FW 폰드, 마이크로 필터, 및 순수제조장치를 거쳐 순수 탱크에 집수하는 공정을 포함하며,상기 안트라싸이트 필터로 유입되는 전처리수는 용존 산소량 2 내지 4 ppm이며, 상기 폭기조와 접촉산화조의 혼합조는 간접폭기가 일어나도록 2실 이상으로 구분되고, 오수가 직접접촉할 수 있는 구조이며, 상기 혼합조의 미생물은 Thiothrix 및 Sphaerotilus로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 사상체 미생물인 것을 특징으로 하는 오·폐수 재활용 방법.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 오·폐수가 혼합조 내에서 체류하는 시간은 4 내지 10 시간인 것을 특징으로 하는 오·폐수 재활용 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 혼합조에 영양제로 생물학적 산소 요구량(BOD) 100 ppm 기준으로 요소와 인산을 5:1 내지 1:5 ppm 주입해주는 것을 특징으로 하는 오·폐수 재활용 방법.
