Abstract
本发明公开了一种橡胶及合成塑料行业废水处理系统,废水经排污管道先后进入格栅、调节池、沉淀池、厌氧池、好氧池后,用泵提升至A级生化池,在A级生化池中去除了部分氨氮和降解一部分有机物后,用泵提升至O级生化池中将有机物彻底氧化分解成二氧化碳和水同时将氨氮进行硝化。O级生化池中的出水自流到混凝反应器后进入臭氧塔,臭氧氧化能改变难生物降解有机物的结构,使之断裂成更小的分子中间产物,使其容易被微生物降解,提高生化处理的去除效率,污水再先后进入到曝气生物滤池、活性碳过滤塔进行过滤,出水回用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及污水处理技术领域,尤其涉及橡胶及合成塑料废水处理装置。
背景技术
橡胶及合成塑料废水污染有如下特点:(1)有毒性和刺激性。化工废水中有些含有有毒或剧毒的物质,在一定的浓度下,对生物和微生物产生毒性影响。另外也可能含有无机酸、碱类等刺激性、腐蚀性的物质。(2)有机物浓度高。特别是各种有机酸、醇、醛、酮、醚和环氧化物等有机物的浓度较高,在水中会进一步氧化分解,消耗水中大量的溶解氧,直接影响水生生物的生存。(3)营养化物质较多。含磷、氮量较高的废水会造成水体富营养化,使水中藻类和微生物大量繁殖,严重时会造成“赤潮”,影响鱼类生长。(4)恢复比较困难。受到有害物质污染的水域要恢复到水域的原始状态是相当困难的。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种橡胶及合成塑料行业废水处理系统,具体步骤如下:
(1)废水经排污管道进入格栅池,池内设格栅以去除较大的漂浮物和悬浮物,保证后续处理设备的正常运行;
(2)污水经格栅后自流到调节池,该池可以保证处理污水水质均匀,水量稳定。调节池中设置预曝气系统,但间歇瞬时供气,既可防止水质厌氧发臭和悬浮物不沉淀,又可以在不增加设备停留时间的情况下去除一部分污染物,减轻后续设备的进水负荷;
(3)废水经排污管道进入沉淀池,沉淀池设刮吸泥机,将污泥收集至单独设置的污泥贮泥池;
(4)废水经泵提升至厌氧池,在无分子氧的条件下通过厌氧微生物(包括兼氧微生物)的作用,将废水中各种复杂有机物分解转化成甲烷和二氧化碳等物质,.在厌氧生物处理的过程中,复杂的有机化合物被分解、转化为简单、稳定的化合物;
(5)废水经泵提升至厌氧池,好氧池的作用是让活性污泥进行有氧呼吸,进一步把有机物分解成无机物.去除污染物的功能.运行好是要控制好含氧量及微生物的其他各需条件的最佳,这样才能是微生物具有最大效益的进行有氧呼吸;
(6)污水经好氧池后用泵提升至A生化池,在A生化池中去除了部分氨氮和降解一部分有机物;
(7)污水在A生化池中自流至O生化池中将有机物彻底氧化分解成二氧化碳和水同时将氨氮进行硝化;
(8)O生化池中的出水自流到混凝反应器中,通过向水中投加聚合氯化铝,使水中难以沉淀的颗粒能互相聚合而形成胶体,然后与水体中的杂质结合形成更大的絮凝体。絮凝体具有强大吸附力,不仅能吸附悬浮物,可以降低原水的浊度、色度等水质的感观指标,吸附部分细菌和溶解性物质,又可以去除多种有毒有害污染物;
(9)混凝反应器中的污水自流到臭氧塔,臭氧具有极强的氧化性能,且在水中短时间内可自行分解,无二次污染,是理想的绿色氧化药剂。臭氧对废水中的COD、色度有较强的去除能力,同时可以有效地提高废水的可生化性;
(10)臭氧塔中的污水进入曝气生物滤池,污水由下向上流经滤料层时,微生物膜吸收污水中的有机污染物作为其自身新陈代谢的营养物质,并在滤料层下部提供曝气供氧的条件下,气、水同为上向流态,使废水中的有机物得到好氧降解,并进行硝化脱氮;
(11)曝气生物滤池中的污水,进入活性碳过滤塔进行过滤,达标后回用。

本发明的有益效果是:
(1)可以降低原水的浊度、色度等水质的感观指标,又可以去除多种有毒有害污染物,改善了废水的可生化性。
(2)臭氧氧化能改变难生物降解有机物的结构,使之断裂成更小的分子中间产物,使其容易被微生物降解,提高生化处理的去除效率,污水再进入到曝气生物滤池中,废水中的有机物得到好氧降解,并进行硝化脱氮。污水随后进入活性碳过滤塔进行过滤,该过滤器出水回用于生产。
Claims (1)
1.一种橡胶及合成塑料行业废水处理系统,其特征在于:具体步骤如下:
(1)废水经排污管道进入格栅池,池内设格栅以去除较大的漂浮物和悬浮物,保证后续处理设备的正常运行;
(2)污水经格栅后自流到调节池,该池可以保证处理污水水质均匀,水量稳定。调节池中设置预曝气系统,但间歇瞬时供气,既可防止水质厌氧发臭和悬浮物不沉淀,又可以在不增加设备停留时间的情况下去除一部分污染物,减轻后续设备的进水负荷;
(3)废水经排污管道进入沉淀池,沉淀池设刮吸泥机,将污泥收集至单独设置的污泥贮泥池;
(4)废水经泵提升至厌氧池,在无分子氧的条件下通过厌氧微生物(包括兼氧微生物)的作用,将废水中各种复杂有机物分解转化成甲烷和二氧化碳等物质,.在厌氧生物处理的过程中,复杂的有机化合物被分解、转化为简单、稳定的化合物;

(9)混凝反应器中的污水自流到臭氧塔,臭氧具有极强的氧化性能,且在水中短时间内可自行分解,无二次污染,是理想的绿色氧化药剂。臭氧对废水中的COD、色度有较强的去除能力,同时可以有效地提高废水的可生化性;
