Claims (5)
- 오존 발생 장치에 있어서,외부 전원으로부터의 인가된 전원을 입력받는 전원 입력부와,상기 전원을 이용하여 펄스파를 발생시키는 펄스 발생부와,상기 펄스파를 고전압 펄스파로 변환하는 고전압 변압부와,상기 고전압 펄스파로부터 단방향의 전계를 형성하는 전계 변환부와,상기 단방향의 전계를 인가하여 방전을 발생시키고, 상기 방전에 의하여 오존을 외부로 배출하는 방전 방출부를 포함하는 오존 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 방전 방출부는 침형 방전전극과 망형 접지전극을 포함하고, 상기 전극들간의 방전갭은 일정한 값을 가지는 오존 발생 장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 방전갭이 3~6mm 사이인 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전계 변환부는다이오우드와 커패시터의 직, 병렬 조합으로 구성되며, 상기 커패시터에 의한 차단과 상기 다이오드의 정전계 및 역전계 동작 특성에 의해 단방향의 전계를 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생 장치.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 전계 변환부는 제1 및 제2 커패시터와, 제1 및 제2 다이오드를 포함하고, 상기 제1 커패시터의 일측과 제2 커패시터의 일측 사이에 상기 방전 방출부의 입력단이 연결되고, 상기 제1 다이오드는 상기 제1 커패시터의 타측과 제2 커패시터의 타측 사이에 역방향으로 설치되고, 상기 제2 다이오드는 상기 제1 커패시터의 일측과 제2 커패시터의 타측사이에 정방향으로 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 오존 발생 장치.
