Claims (6)
- 맥반석 수조 내에서 전복을 이용하여 무핵 및 유핵 진주를 동시에 양식하는 방법으로서,핵이 삽입되는 상피세포 외투막과 패각 사이의 공간에 물기를 제거하는 물기제거단계;상피세포 외투막과 패각 사이의 공간으로 핵을 삽입하되, 내장낭, 생식소 및 심장을 건드리지 않도록 하는 삽입단계;삽입된 상기 핵을 패각에 접착제로 고정하는 고정단계;패각에 붙어 있는 표피막을 소정의 길이만큼 절단하여 패각과 분리하는 표피막분리단계;내장낭 및 생식소를 감싸고 있는 표피막을 절개하거나, 또는 표피막과 분리된 패각을 절단하고 절단된 패각의 외부로 생식소를 노출시키는 무핵시술단계; 및,유핵 및 무핵 시술이 완료된 전복을 맥반석 수조에 넣는 맥반석처리단계;를 포함하여 구성되며,상기 삽입단계 및 상기 고정단계는,소정의 형태로 구성되는 다수 개의 핵이 삽입되어 고정되되,상기 핵은 일측에 소정의 크기의 고정돌기부가 형성되어 있고,상기 삽입단계는,상기 핵이 삽입되는 위치의 패각에 소정의 크기로 다수 개의 고정구멍을 천공하는 천공단계; 및,상기 고정구멍에 상기 핵의 고정돌기부를 패각의 내측에서 외측을 향하여 삽결하는 결합단계;로 구성되고,상기 고정단계는,천공된 상기 고정구멍에 삽결된 상기 고정돌기부를 패각의 외부에서 접착제로 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복을 이용한 진주 양식 방법.
- 제1항에서,상기 핵의 고정돌기부의 외주면을 관통하는 고정핀결합공이 구비되고,상기 고정핀결합공에 삽결되는 고정핀이 더 포함되고,상기 고정단계는,상기 고정구멍에 삽결되어 패각의 외부로 노출된 상기 고정돌기부의 고정핀결합공에 고정핀을 삽결하는 과정이 더 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복을 이용한 진주 양식 방법.
- 제2항에서, 상기 맥반석처리단계는,해초류를 잘게 썰어 자외선으로 살균처리 한 후 맥반석 수조에 공급하는 영양분공급단계;를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복을 이용한 진주 양식 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 가운데 어느 한 항에서, 상기 맥반석처리단계에서 사용되는 상기 맥반석 수조는,수조 바닥 및 벽면에 맥반석 가루가 소정의 두께로 도포되거나,수조 내에 소정의 형태로 구성되는 다수 개의 맥반석을 넣거나, 또는,수조 바닥 및 벽면에 소정의 두께로 제작된 맥반석 타일을 부착하는 방법 가운데 어느 하나가 적용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전복을 이용한 진주 양식 방법.
