Description
Claims (10)
- 토출될 잉크가 채워지는 잉크 챔버가 그 표면쪽에 형성되고, 상기 잉크 챔버로 잉크를 공급하기 위한 매니폴드가 그 배면쪽에 형성되며, 상기 잉크 챔버와 상기 매니폴드를 연결하는 잉크 유로가 그 표면에 나란하게 형성된 기판; 및상기 기판 상에 적층되는 것으로, 상기 잉크 챔버로부터 잉크가 토출되는 노즐이 형성되고, 히터 및 상기 히터와 전기적으로 연결되어 상기 히터에 전류를 인가하는 전극이 배치된 노즐판;을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 잉크 챔버, 상기 매니폴드 및 상기 잉크 유로는 식각 방법에 의하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 잉크 유로는 상기 잉크 챔버와 동일 평면상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 잉크 유로는 상기 잉크 챔버와 연결되는 적어도 하나의 잉크 채널 및, 상기 잉크 채널과 상기 매니폴드를 연결하는 피드홀을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드.
- 기판의 표면쪽에 소정 깊이의 희생층을 형성하는 단계;상기 희생층이 형성된 상기 기판의 표면에 노즐판을 적층하고, 상기 노즐판 위에 히터 및 상기 히터와 전기적으로 연결되는 전극을 배치한 다음, 상기 노즐판에 노즐을 형성하여 상기 희생층을 노출시키는 단계;상기 기판의 배면쪽에 매니폴드를 형성하는 단계;상기 노즐을 통하여 노출된 상기 희생층을 식각하여 잉크 챔버 및 잉크 유로를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 매니폴드와 상기 잉크 유로를 연결하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드의 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 희생층을 형성하는 단계는,상기 기판의 표면을 식각하여 소정 깊이의 그루브를 형성하는 단계;상기 그루브가 형성된 상기 기판의 표면을 산화하여 소정의 산화물층을 형성하는 단계; 및상기 산화물층에 형성된 상기 그루브에 소정의 물질을 채운 다음, 상기 기판의 표면을 평탄화하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 산화물층에 형성된 상기 그루브에 상기 소정의 물질을 채우는 단계는, 폴리 실리콘을 에피택셜 성장시켜 상기 그루브에 채우는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 매니폴드와 상기 잉크 유로를 연결하는 단계는, 상기 매니폴드와 상기 잉크 유로 사이에 있는 상기 산화물층을 식각하여 상기 매니폴드와 상기 잉크 유로를 연결하는 단계인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 희생층을 형성하는 단계는,SOI 기판 상에 소정 깊이의 트렌치를 형성하는 단계; 및상기 트렌치에 소정의 물질을 채우는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 소정의 물질은 실리콘 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 잉크젯 프린트헤드 제조방법.
