Claims (4)
- 반응기내 300 내지 500℃ 범위의 온도에서 산소-함유 가스와 오르토 자일렌 또는 나프탈렌으로부터 촉매적으로 생성되고 반응기로부터 가스와 증기를 함유하는 혼합물로 취출되며, 여기에서 혼합물은 냉각되고 액체 조 프탈산 무수물(PSA)은 예비 열처리와 증류에 의한 정제과정을 거치게 되는 조 PSA 처리방법에 있어서,a)반응기로부터 취출한, 가스와 증기를 포함하는 PSA-함유 혼합물을 먼저 냉각된 연속 작동 액체 분리기를 통과시킨 다음, PSA가 풍부한 제 1 액체 스트림과, 이로부터의 분리물인 가스와 증기의 잔류 혼합물을 취출하고,b)PSA를 함유하는 잔류 혼합물을 복수개의 냉각된 고체 분리기 중 적어도 하나를 통과시키며(여기에서 PSA는 고체 형태로 분리되며, 재액화시킨 다음 고체 분리기로부터 PSA가 풍부한 제 2 스트림으로서 취출되며, 여기에서 제 1 및 제 2 스트림의 단위시간당 양의 비는 1:5 내지 2:1이다),c)250 내지 300℃의 온도에서, PSA가 풍부한 제 1 스트림을 예비 열처리용 제 1 지연 탱크를 통해 교반에 의해 통과시킨 다음(여기에서 제 1 탱크내 체류시간은 적어도 3 시간이다),d)제 1 지연 탱크를 우회하여, PSA가 풍부한 제 2 스트림을 예비 열처리한 제 1 스트림과 함께 증류에 의한 정제과정에 공급함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 지연 탱크로부터 취출된, PSA가 풍부한 제 1 스트림을 적어도 하나의 제 2 지연 탱크를 통해 통과시키며, 여기에서 스트림이 적어도 두 시간 동안 250 내지 300℃의 온도에서 교반됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, PSA가 풍부한 제 2 스트림이 전부 또는 부분적으로 제 2 또는 후속 지연 탱크 중으로 도입됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 반응 촉진제가 제 1 지연 탱크에 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
