Claims (9)
- 카놀라 오일(canola oil)을 아르곤 대기에서 디에탄올 아민으로 반응시켜 180 ℃에서 1 시간 동안 가열시키고 촉매로서 나트륨 메톡사이드를 적가시키고 다시 4 시간 동안 가열하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료용 천연 계면활성제인 에스테르화된 카놀라 오일.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 천연 계면활성제는 10∼24 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 에스테르화된 카놀라 오일.
- 카놀라 오일(canola oil)을 아르곤 대기에서 디에탄올 아민으로 반응시키고;상기 반응물을 180 ℃에서 1 시간 동안 가열시키고;상기 반응물에 촉매로서 나트륨 메톡사이드를 적가시키고; 그리고상기 반응물을 4 시간 동안 더 가열하는;단계로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료용 천연 계면활성제인 에스테르화된 카놀라 오일의 제조 방법.
- (a) 5∼15 중량%의 물, (b) 5∼26 중량%의 천연 계면활성제, (c) 3∼12 중량%의 공-계면활성제(co-surfactant), 및 (d) 35∼86.2 중량%의 디젤 연료로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 물은 50∼250 nm 범위의 평균 직경을 갖는 입자 형태로 상기 디젤 연료 상에 분포되는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 공-계면활성제는 2-메톡시에탄올인 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 천연 계면활성제는 10∼24 개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 천연 계면활성제의 양이 유화 연료 전체 부피에 대하여 5∼26 부피%인 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
- 제4항에 있어서, 옥탄값 향상제, 부식 억제제, 금속 불황성제, 부동액, 및/또는 산화방지제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유화 연료.
