Claims (4)
- 영구 자석형 동기모터를 센서리스로 제어하는 장치에 있어서,모터가 기동되어 일정 속도 영역 또는 일정 토크 영역에서 구동되면, 모터의 역기전력과 모터의 토크축 인가전압을 비교하는 제1 과정과;상기 제1 과정의 비교결과,모터의 역기전력이 모터의 토크축 인가전압보다 크면 모터가 락킹 상태임을 검출하고, 모터의 역기전력이 모터의 토크축 인가전압 보다 작으면 모터가 정상 구동 상태임을 검출하는 제2 과정으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 센서리스 비엘디씨 모터의 락킹 검출방법.
- 제1 항에 있어서, 모터가 락킹 상태로 검출되면 인버터를 정지시키고, 모터가 정상상태로 검출되면, 모터를 계속하여 구동하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서리스 비엘디씨 모터의 락킹 검출방법.
- 영구 자석형 동기모터를 센서리스로 제어하는 장치에 있어서,모터가 기동되어, 전류의 변화율이 충분히 작은 상태이면(거의 '0'에 가까운값) 모터의 역기전력과 모터의 토크축 인가전압을 비교하는 제1 과정과;상기 제1 과정의 비교결과,모터의 역기전력이 모터의 토크축 인가전압보다 크면 모터가 락킹 상태임을 검출하고, 모터의 역기전력이 모터의 토크축 인가전압 보다 작으면 모터가 정상 구동 상태임을 검출하는 제2 과정으로 수행함을 특징으로 하는 센서리스 비엘디씨 모터의 락킹 검출방법.
- 제3 항에 있어서, 모터가 락킹 상태로 검출되면 인버터를 정지시키고, 모터가 정상상태로 검출되면, 모터를 계속하여 구동하는 과정을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 센서리스 비엘디씨 모터의 락킹 검출방법.
