- 삭제
- (U,La)O2 핵연료 소결체에 함유된 La(Lanthanides) 함량을 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 측정방법이 (U1-xLax)O2+z 핵연료 소결체를 공기분위기에서 산화시켜 얻어진 (U1-xLax)3O8 분말의 무게(W1)를 측정하는 단계(단계 1),상기 (U1-xLax)3O8 분말을 공기분위기에서 열처리시켜 얻어진 (U1-yLay)O9/4 상과 U3O8 상의 총무게(W2)를 측정하는 단계(단계 2) 및하기 수학식 1을 이용하여 La 함량을 측정하는 단계(단계 3)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 (U,La)O2 핵연료 소결체에 함유된 La 함량의 측정방법.수학식 1(상기식에서,MWO2는 O2의 분자량이며,MW(U1-xLax)O8/3은 (U1-xLax)O8/3의 분자량이며,x는 (U,La)O2에 함유된 La 함량이며,y는 (U,La)O9/4 상에 함유된 La 양이온의 함유량이다.)
- (U,La)O2 핵연료 소결체에 함유된 La(Lanthanides) 함량을 측정하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 측정방법이 (U1-xLax)O2+z 핵연료 소결체의 무게(W0)를 측정하는 단계(단계 1),(U1-xLax)O2+z 핵연료 소결체를 공기분위기에서 산화시켜 (U1-xLax)3O8 분말을 얻은 후 이를 다시 공기분위기에서 열처리시켜 얻어진 (U1-yLay)O9/4 상과 U3O8 상의 총무게(W2)를 측정하는 단계(단계 2) 및하기 수학식 2를 이용하여 La 함량을 측정하는 단계(단계 3)으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 (U,La)O2 핵연료 소결체에 함유된 La 함량의 측정방법.수학식 2(상기식에서,MWO2는 O2의 분자량이며,MW(U1-xLax)O2+z는 (U1-xLax)O2+z의 분자량이며,x는 (U,La)O2에 함유된 La 함량이며,y는 (U,La)O9/4 상에 함유된 La 양이온의 함유량이며,z는 초기 시편의 O/(U+La) 비에서 2를 감한 값이다.)
- 제 2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 (U1-xLax)O2+z 핵연료 소결체의 산화 온도가 300∼950℃이며, 상기 (U1-xGdx)3O8 분말의 열처리 온도가 950∼1800℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
- 제 2항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 La가 Gd(Gadolinium), Er(Erbium), Eu(Europium) 및 Sm(Samarium)으로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 측정방법.
