Claims (2)
- 상면 중앙에 대물렌즈가 설치되고, 가장자리 외주연에 트렉킹코일 및 포커싱코일이 설치된 블레이드와,상면에 상기 블레이드의 포커스, 트레킹조정 하기 위한 마그네트를 고정하는 내측요크, 외측요크가 절곡 형성되며, 소정위치에 고정용 체결공 및 조정용 체결공이 형성되며, 상기 고정용 체결공 및 조정용 체결공에 근접하는 위치에 저면 방향으로 소정직경을 갖는 다수의 반구형상의 구면돌부가 대략적으로 삼각구도로 형성된 요크 플레이트와,상기 요크 플레이트 상으로부터 상기 블레이드를 부상 설치하기 위한 서스펜션 와이어와,상기 요크 플레이트 상에 고정 설치되어 서스펜션 와이어의 일단을 관통 지지하기 위한 지지공이 형성되고, 상부에 복수개의 결합공이 형성되어 체결나사로서 요크 플레이트 상에 체결되는 와이어홀더와,상기 요크 플레이트의 구면돌부를 안내하기 위한 상기 구면돌부와 대응하는 다수의 구면홈이 상부에 각각 형성되고, 구면홈 근접위치에 요크 플레이트를 결합 고정하기 위한 다수의 결합공이 형성된 픽업 베이스와,상기 픽업 베이스의 하부로부터 상기 결합공을 통해 스프링을 포함하여 관통되며, 상기 요크 플레이트의 고정용 체결공에 체결되는 고정나사와,상기 픽업 베이스의 하부로부터 상기 결합공을 통해 관통되며, 상기 요크 플레이트의 조정용 체결공에 체결되어 광디스크에 대한 대물렌즈의 트랙 및 래디얼방향 광축을 조정하기 위한 조정나사로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 반구형의 구면돌부는 픽업 베이스 상에 형성되고, 상기 구면홈은 요크 플레이트 상에 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 광픽업 액츄에이터.
