Claims (9)
- 액정표시장치의 반사모드 또는 투과모드를 판별하는 감지신호를 발생시키는 모드감지부와;상기 감지신호에 따라 각각 상이한 전압이 출력되는 VDD제어부와;상기 모드감지부로부터 상기 감지신호를 전달받아 상기 VDD제어부에 전달하는 감지신호전달부와;상기 VDD제어부의 출력전압을 전원전압으로 사용하여 각각 상이한 기준전압이 출력되는 기준전압공급부를 포함하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 VDD제어부는 투과모드를 기준으로 반사모드시 기준전압공급부의 전원전압을 변경하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 VDD제어부는 투과모드시 제 1 전압을 기준전압공급부에 공급하며, 반사모드시 제 1 전압보다 낮은 제 2 전원전압을 기준전압공급부에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 감지신호전달부는, 베이스전극은 모드감지부 및 제 1 저항을 통하여 VDD제어부와 연결되고, 에미터전극은 VDD제어부와 연결되고, 콜렉터전극은 접지되는 바이폴라트랜지스터로 이루어진 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 트랜지스터의 에미터전극과 VDD제어부는 제 2 저항을 통하여 연결되는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준전압공급부는 N개의 저항들의 직렬연결로 이루어진 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 N개의 저항들은 11개의 저항들로 이루어진 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 기준전압공급부로부터 전압을 공급받는 소스 드라이브(Source Drive) IC를 더욱 포함하는 반투과형 액정표시장치의 구동회로.
