Claims (4)
- 잔탄검과 알긴산 나트륨 또는 잔탄검과 CMC의 검류 혼합물과 전분을 순차적으로 1 대 10 내지 1 대 1000의 중량비율로 첨가하여 제조한 분산액을 수분함량이 15~20%가 될 때까지 전분이 호화되지 않는 온도인 20~65℃에서 건조한 후 가열하여 입자상의 전분과 검이 균일하게 혼합된 전분·검 혼합물을 제조한 다음, 상기 입자상의 전분·검 혼합물을 50~220℃로 0.5~24시간 동안 가열함을 특징으로 하는 변형전분의 제조방법.
