Description
Claims (24)
- a) 기판(1), b) 기판을 통하여 개방될 통로를 향하는 기판 상에 배치된 가연성 물질의 충전물(5), c) 전기저항에 대해 소정의 전기에너지를 공급하는 것이 충전물(5)의 연소 및 이 충전물(5)의 연소가스의 압력으로 인한 상기 기판(1)의 부분적인 파열에 의한 통로(8')의 개방을 보장하도록 가연성 충전물과 접촉되는 전기저항(2)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 저항(2)은 필라멘트 형상이고 그리고 충전물(5)은 저항(2)의 위아래에 뻗어있어서 상기 소정의 전기에너지로써 공급되는 저항에 의하여 발생되는 열은 저항(2)을 둘러싸는 충전물(5)의 부분에 최초 집중되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 소정의 전기에너지는 10 Joule 보다 작은 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 충전물(5) 및 저항(2)은 기판(1)의 얇은 영역(8)의 같은 쪽에 배치되며, 이 영역의 두께는 충전물(5)의 연소로 인한 가스의 압력이 이 영역(8)을 파열시키고 유체의 통로로 얇은 영역을 개방시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 기판(1)은 2개의 평행한 면(1', 1")을 가지고 있으며, 하나의 면(1')은 상기 하나의 면 내로 오목한 중앙 크레이터(6)를 가지고 있고, 그리고 상기 얇은 영역(8)에 의하여 다른 하나의 면(1")에서 마감되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 전기에너지의 외부전원으로부터 저항(2)에 에너지를 공급하기 위하여 상기 다른 하나의 면(1") 상에 금속 컨택트(3, 4)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 기판(1)은 반도체 재료 칩의 형상을 취하고 있고 그리고 상기 크레이터(6) 및 상기 저항(2)은 마이크로-에칭에 의해서 이 칩 상에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 가연성 충전물은 니트로셀룰로스 또는 프로퍼골 타입 물질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 가연성 충전물의 무게는 10-3g 정도인 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 전기저항(2)을 가지고 있는 상기 기판(1)의 상기 얇은 영역(8)은 적어도 실리카의 제1 층 및 이 제1 층의 상단 상의 실리콘 질화물의 제2 층을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 제2 층은 X < 1.33 인 실리콘 SiNX로 농축된 실리콘 질화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 11 항에 있어서, X = 1.2 인 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 각각 SiO2및 Si3N4의 제1 및 제2 층은 각각 1㎛ 및 0.22㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 각각 SiO2및 SiN1.2의 제1 및 제2 층은 각각 0.5㎛ 및 0.22㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 각각 SiO2및 SiN1.2의 제1 및 제2 층은 각각 1.4㎛ 및 0.62㎛의 두께를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소형밸브.
- 저장소에 인접한 작은 봉지(14) 내에 담겨있는 유체로 저장소(10)를 충전시키는 장치에 있어서, 이 장치는 저장소(10)와 작은 봉지(14) 사이에서 유체 연통부를 차단하는 방식으로 배치되는 제 1 항에 따른 적어도 하나의 소형밸브(17i) 및 밸브가 지니고 있는 충전물(5)의 연소에 의하여 밸브의 기판(1) 내에 개방되는 통로를 통해 작은 봉지(14) 내에 담겨있는 유체에 대한 상기 연통부의 개방을 야기시키도록 밸브의 전기저항(2)의 여자(energisation)를 명령하는 제어수단을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저장소를 충전시키는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 작은 봉지(14)와 저장소(10) 사이에서 동일한 개수의 유체 연통부 내에 배치되는 복수의 소형밸브(17i)를 더 포함하고 있으며, 각각의 연통부의 개방은 상기 제어수단에 의하여 개시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 작은 봉지(14)의 내측에 적어도 하나의 가요성 인벨롭(18)을 더 포함하고 있으며, 이 인벨롭(18)은 제 1 항에 따른 소형밸브(16)를 둘러싸고 있으며, 상기 제어수단은 상기 저장소(10)와 상기 작은 봉지(14) 사이에서 유체 연통부 내에 배치되는 적어도 하나의 소형밸브(17i)를 통하여 작은 봉지(14)를 비우는 것을 보조하기 위해서 연소가스로 상기 인벨롭(18)을 팽창시키도록 상기 밸브(16)에 의해서 운반되는 가연성 충전물의 연소를 선택적으로 시작시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 활성 주성분이 초기에 작은 봉지(14) 내에 담겨있으며 그 후 치료의 개시 이전에 환자의 피부와 접촉되도록 위치되는 저장소(10) 내로 옮겨지는, 약물의 경피투여용 장치로서, 상기 저장소(10) 및 상기 작은 봉지(14)는 제 16 항에 따른 장치의 일부인 것을 특징으로 하는 약물의 경피투여용 장치.
