Claims (1)
- 폐수처리 증발농축, 건조 시스템에 있어서,외부 유입의 폐수를 증발시키고 상기 농축기에서 수분이 빠진 농축액은 농축기의 하단부에 형성되어 있는 농축액 이송 펌프에 의해 농축액 이송관을 따라 농축액 저장 탱크로 이송 시키는 1단계;이송된 농축액을 수용하여 이를 건조처리하되, 건조시 발생된 고형물 슬러지는 드레인 밸브를 통해 외부로 배출되고, 증발 농축기와 건조기에서 증발된 증기는 냉각 콘덴서로 이송되어 액화 된 후 응축수로 전환되는 제2단계;상기 냉각 콘덴서에서 불응축된 잔류공기와 불응축 가스는 워터 이젝터의 분사시 발생하는 압력에 의해 불응축 가스 이송관을 통해 강제적으로 진공 탱크에 흡입되어 농축기와 건조기의 내부가 진공화되는 제 3 단계; 및상기 과정을 거쳐 진공탱크 내부의 워터 이젝터의 순환물과 불응축 가스를 수용하여 복합처리 장치로 이송시키는 제 4단계를 순차적으로 마련됨을 특징으로하는 워터 이젝터가 부착된 진공증발농축 건조 방법.
