Claims (5)
- 하이그로마이신 저항성 유전자, β-글루쿠로니다아제(β-glucuronidase)유전자를 포함하는 pCAMBIA 1301 벡터내에 암피실린 저항성 유전자와 박테리아 복제기점이 삽입된 것을 특징으로 하는, 도 1의 개열지도로 나타내어지는 식물형질전환용 벡터 pRCV2.
- 제1항의 식물형질전환용 벡터 pRCV2을 도입시킨 기탁번호가 KFCC11283인 아그로박테리움 튜머페시언스 LBA4404/pRCV2(A. tumefaciensLBA4404/pRCV2)
- 삭제
- 제1항의 pRCV2 벡터로 형질전환된 식물체로부터 genomic DNA를 추출하고PstI으로 절단한 다음 라이게이션(ligation)시켜 rescue cloning함을 특징으로 하는 형질전환체의 분석방법.
- 제1항의 벡터 및 서열번호1 내지 서열번호4의 프라이머로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 식물형질전환 및 분석용 킷트.
