Claims (3)
- 씰 링(22)과 씰 링(22)내에 열박음되는 페이스링(21)이 구비되고;상기 페이스 링(21)과 접하는 스테이터측 씰 링(22)의 내면에 열박음시 상기 페이스 링(21)과 소정의 각도로 접하는 테이퍼 컷(22a)이 형성되고;상기 스테이터측 씰링(22)내에 고온 고압에서 씰 링이 페이스 링에 전달되는 힘을 감소시켜 고온 고압에 따른 열변형을 감소시키는 작용을 하게 되어 고온 고압하에서 밀봉면의 편평도를 유지시키기 위한 이너 컷(22b)이 구비되는데, 페이스 링(21)의 두께와 높이를 인용부호 H와 L로하고, 이너 컷의 위치와 깊이를 인용부호 d와 w라고 할 때, 상기 이너 컷의 위치(d)는 0.1H∼0.9H범위로 하고 이너 컷의 깊이(w)는 0.1L∼0.9L범위로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 미케니컬 페이스 씰 구조.
