Claims (8)
- 식물 내로 레트로트랜스포손을 도입시키고; 형질전환된 식물을 생성하기 위해 레트로트랜스포손이 도입된 식물을 배양시키고, 재생시키는 단계로 구성된 토바코 레트로트랜스포손을 이용하여 식물 내에서 유전자를 파열시키기 위한 방법에 있어서, 상기 토바코 레트로트랜스포손은 Tto1임을 특징으로 하는 방법

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 토바코 외의 식물임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 농작물 식물임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 식물은 아라비돕시스(Arabidopsis)임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 1항에 있어서, 레트로트랜스포손이 도입된 상기 식물은 적은 복제수의 레트로트랜스포손을 지님을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 복제수는 1 내지 3 복제임을 특징으로 하는 방법
- 형질전환된 식물로부터 자손 식물을 수득하고; 식물체 내로 자손 식물의 조직을 배양시키고 재생시키는 단계로 더욱 구성된 제 1항에 따른 방법
