Abstract
본 발명은 거주자들이 요구하는 공간 활용의 극대화 및 개조, 보수의 용이성과 시공시 요구되는 공기단축 및 시공성 향상등을 위하여 안출된 주택의 경량벽체 시스템에 있어서, 문틀 고정방법에 관한 것이다.The present invention relates to a door frame fixing method in a lightweight wall system of a house designed for maximizing and modifying space utilization required by occupants, ease of repair, and improvement in air shortening and workability required during construction.
본 발명의 문틀 고정방법은, 두개의 측면부재와 한개의 상측부재로 구성되는 문틀고정부재와, 바닥슬래브 또는 온돌바닥에 설치되는 문지방부재 로서 이루어지는데, 두개의 측면부재는 경량벽체를 지지하여주는 수직유닛 기둥에 직접 볼트로서 고정시키고, 상측부재는 두개의 측면부재에 상측에 연결 됨과 동시 상측의 경량판넬에 볼트로서 고정된다. 또한 문지방부재는 바닥슬래브 또는 온돌바닥 상면에 접착제 또는 볼트로서 고정설치 된다.The door frame fixing method of the present invention comprises a door frame fixing member consisting of two side members and one upper member, and a door sillet member installed on a floor slab or ondol floor, the two side members supporting a lightweight wall. 주지된 바와같이 현재의 모든 주택의 구조는 벽, 바닥, 기둥, 보 덕트 등과 같은 구조체부분(support)과, 간막이벽체, 수납벽체, 창호 등과 같은 비구조체부분 (Infill)으로 구성되어 지며, 비구조체의 경우에도 대부분 벽돌등 으로 쌓은다음 몰탈로 마무리 되기 때문에 일단 한번 시공된 후에는, 거주자들의 취향에 따라 내부구조를 변화시키기 위하여 비구조체 부분의 벽체를 해체할 경우 해체된 벽체를 재활용 할수 없을뿐만 아니라 많은 산업폐기물이 발생됨은 물론, 해체작업 자체가 매우 어렵고 시간도 많이 소요된다. 이와 같은 문제점은 노후 건물의 리모델링 작업에도 많은 어려움을 가지고 있다.As is well known, all current home structures consist of structural supports such as walls, floors, columns and beam ducts, and infills such as partition walls, storage walls and windows.
