Claims (4)
- 평면 이동식 열풍 건조로에 있어서,피건조물 투입구(21) 및 배출구(36)를 갖는 본체부(30)와,피건조물 투입구(21)를 통해 본체부(30) 내로 투입된 슬러지를 이송시키는 컨베이어 벨트(32)와,이동식 컨베이어 벨트(32) 상에서 이송되는 슬러지에 주기적으로 산과 골을 이루어 펼치면서 건조시키도록 진행방향으로 안내익(25) 및 열풍분사구(26)를 동시에 갖는 다수의 수직봉(24)을 컨베이어 벨트(32)의 횡방향으로 형성시킨 연결관(20)이 종방향인 컨베이어벨트(32)의 진행방향으로 다수열로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 평면 이동식 열풍 건조로.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 수직봉(24)이 컨베이어 벨트(32)상에 이송중인 피건조물을 주기적으로 산과 골을 이루며 반전되도록 길이방향으로 짝수열과 홀수열로 지그재그되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 이동식 열풍 건조로.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 수직봉(24)을 갖는 연결관(20)이 형성된 컨베이어 벨트(32)를 하부측으로 2개 이상 다단계로 형성됨을 특징으로 하는 평면 이동식 열풍 건조로.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 컨베이어 벨트(32)의 일단부측에 표면상에 점착된 슬러지를 제거하는 스크레이퍼(28)를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 평면 이동식 열풍 건조로.
