Claims (5)
- 컴프레셔의 메인 에어라인 일측과 연결된 저압 에어라인(100)에는 클로즈(close)용 제 1,2,3,4,5,6 파이롯트 밸브(110a,120a,130a,140a,150a,160a)와 오픈(open)용 제 1,2,3,4,5,6 파이롯트 밸브(110b,120b,130b,140b,150b,160b)가 설치되고; 컴프레셔의 메인 에어라인 타측과 연결된 고압 에어라인(200a,200b,200c,200d)에는 제 1,2,3,4 메인 콘트롤 밸브(210,220,230,240)가 각각 설치되며;상기 제 1,2 메인 콘트롤 밸브(210,220)에는 제 5 메인 콘트롤 밸브(250)를 매개로 몰드에 설치되어 있는 제 1블로우 핀(500a)이 공동으로 연결되고; 상기 제 3,4 메인 콘트롤 밸브(230,240)에는 제 6 메인 콘트롤 밸브(260)를 매개로 몰드에 설치되어 있는 제 2블로우 핀(500b)이 공동으로 연결되어 있으며;상기 저압라인(100)의 클로즈(close)용 제 1,2,3,4,5,6 파이롯트 밸브(110a,120a,130a,140a,150a,160a)와 오픈(open)용 제 1,2,3,4,5,6 파이롯트 밸브(110b,120b,130b,140b,150b,160b)는 제 1,2,3,4,5,6 메인 콘트롤 밸브(210,220,230,240,250,260)와 각각 대응하여 연결되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 몰딩의 배관 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제 1 메인 콘트롤 밸브(210)와 제 1블로우 핀(500a) 사이에는 제 1스피드 콘트롤 밸브(600a)가 설치되며, 상기 제 3 메인 콘트롤 밸브(230)와 제 2블로우 핀(500b) 사이에는 제 2스피드 콘트롤 밸브(600b)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 몰딩의 배관 시스템.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 제 5 메인 콘트롤 밸브(250)에는 배기소음기(300)가 연결되어 설치되고, 상기 제 6 메인 콘트롤 밸브(260)에는 P.C(파티클 콜렉팅) 박스(400)가 연결되어 설치된 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 몰딩의 배관 시스템.
- 블로우 몰딩방법에 있어서,몰드를 오픈하는 단계와;어큐물레이터 헤드(ACCU HEAD)의 압출에 의해 페리슨(용융상태의 합성수지)를 충진하는 단계와;몰드를 클로징하는 단계와;블로우 핀이 페리슨을 뚫고 들어가 공기(air)를 충진하되 1차로 12 ±2 bar의 고압 공기를 저속으로 페리슨 내부를 충진한 후, 2차로 20 ±2 bar의 고압 공기를 고속으로 일정시간 계속 블로잉하는 단계와;상기 일정시간 경과 후, 일정량의 공기를 배기하여 제품을 성형시키는 단계와;상기 고압의 공기를 충진하는 상태에서 주어진 성형시간을 숙성시킨 후 몰드가 오픈된 후 제품을 취출하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 블로우 몰딩방법.
