Claims (16)
- 제 1 금속부재인 차량 등의 연료탱크와 제 2 금속부재인 파이프를 땜납으로 접합한 금속부재의 접합구조에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2 금속부재 중 적어도 한 쪽에는 SnZn 합금 도금이 실시되고, 상기 SnZn 합금 도금은 Sn: 93∼55중량%, Zn: 7∼45중량%의 조성을 가지며, 상기 땜납은 SnAg 합금인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납과 상기 도금이 용합한 부분의 표면에, 땜납에 상기 SnZn 합금 도금이 합금화하여 이루어진 Zn 농후층을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납은 Sn: 94∼98중량%, Ag: 2∼6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납은 Zn, Cu, Bi 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 총량으로 3중량% 미만 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합구조.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 도금의 두께는 3∼13㎛로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로하는 금속부재의 접합구조.
- 제 1 금속부재인 차량 등의 연료탱크와 제 2 금속부재인 파이프를 땜납에 의해 접합하는 금속부재의 접합방법에 있어서, 상기 제 1, 제 2 금속부재 중 적어도 한 쪽에 Sn: 93∼55중량%, Zn: 7∼45중량%의 조성을 가지는 SnZn 합금 도금을 실시함과 동시에, 상기 땜납으로서 SnAg 합금을 사용하고, 또한 접합개소를 냉각하면서 접합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납과 상기 도금이 용합한 부분의 표면에, 땜납에 상기 SnZn 합금 도금이 합금화하여 이루어진 Zn 농후층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 삭제
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납은 Sn: 94∼98중량%, Ag: 2∼6중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 땜납은 Zn, Cu, Bi 중 1종 또는 2종 이상을 총량으로 3중량% 미만 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 도금의 두께는 3∼13㎛로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 삭제
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프의 내부에 냉매를 유통시켜 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프의 외표면에 냉매를 내뿜어 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 파이프의 단부에 방열부재를 설치하여 냉각하는 것을 특징으로 하는 금속부재의 접합방법.
