- 비철금속판재사이에 장섬유 배열을 위치시켜 복합재료를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,사이에 간격조절바(1, 1')에 의해 일정간격을 두고 대향하도록 고정된 두 개의 클램프(5, 5')에 TiNi, NiAl, CuZn, FeNiTiCo, TiNb, MnCu, FeCrNi의 그룹에서 선택된 1종인 다수개의 형상기억합금 장섬유 양단을 고정하여 상기 복합재료내 형상기억합금의 분율이 3~7부피%가 되도록 배열하는 단계,상기 간격조절바(1, 1')에 의해 두 개의 클램프(5, 5')의 간격을 조절하여 형상기억합금 섬유를 신장하는 단계,알루미늄, 마그네슘, 아연, 또는 이들의 합금의 그룹에서 선택된 1종으로 융점이 700℃이하인 비철금속판재 사이에 상기 신장된 형상기억합금 장섬유 배열을 위치시켜 복합체로 하는 단계,상기 복합체를 형상기억합금의 오스테나이트 변태온도이상에서 형상기억 열처리하는 단계를 포함하여 이루어지는 형상기억합금으로 강화된 복합재료의 제조방법.
