이와같이된 본 발명은 건류식 소각로(1)의 건류실(111) 내에 폐타이어와 같은 가연성폐기물을 일정량 투입하여 건류실(111)의 뚜껑을 닫은 다음 가스버어너로 점화를 하여 공지의 건류시스템(공지의 건류시스템은 도면에 표시하지 않았음)을 작동시키면 건류실내에 투입된 폐기물의 가연성가스가 건류가스화되는데 이때 충분한 공기를 공급하여 연소를 시키므로서 건류실내부의 온도를 600℃이상으로 유지시키는 고온연소가 이루어지고 이 과정에서 가연성가스가 배출되어 배기구(119)에 장치된 연통관(120)을 통해 온수보일러(2)의 연소실(201)로 공급되게 되며 보조버너(203)를 통해 가연성가스를 연소시키면서 연소공기를 공급하면 보일러 연소실에서 2차연소가 이루어져 완전연소가 달성되므로 CO가스, 악취, 매연, 검댕의 발생이 없이 고칼로리로 온수보일러를 가열시키는 연료를 공급할수 있게 되고 보일러 연소실에서 연소된 배기가스는 보일러의 배기부(208)로 배출되어 사이클론(3)과 세정타워(4)를 거쳐 굴뚝으로 배출되기 때문에 연소재를 비롯한 먼지 등이 대기중에 그대로 방출되지 않아 환경오염 없는 처리가 가능하게 되는 것이다.특히, 본 발명의 건류식 소각로(1)는 그 배기구(119)에 연통관(120)이 장치되어 그 내벽에 캐스타블(202)이 부착되어 있어서 외기와 차단되므로 가연성가스를 기체상태로 공급할수 있고 보일러 연소실에서 2차연소를 통해 완전연소를 달성시킬수 있기 때문에 폐기물의 소각처리시에 발생되는 가연성가스를 온수보일러연료로 활용할수 있으며 건류가스는 그 자체가 기체이므로 작은량의 연료로 높은 열량을 낼수있는 이점이 있어서 에너지 효율을 극대화시킬수 있고 또한 본 발명의 건류식 소각로(1)는 건류실의 내벽과 외벽 바닥에 저수실(105)이 있어서 물을 체우고 그 물을 순환시켜서 소각로의 주벽 온도를 관리하기 때문에 건류실의 온도 관리가 편리한 이점이 있으며 건류실 하부의 로스톨에는 통수로스톨(109)과 통기관(106)이 장치되어 수냉 공냉 효과를 내기 때문에 로스톨과 통기관의 온도를 낮게 유지할수 있어 고온연소에도 불구하고 안전을 도모할수 있고 배기가스를 보일러연소실에 공급하여 재연소시킬때 연소공기를 선회시키면서 공급하므로 가연성가스와 공기의 혼합을 완벽하게 하여 완전연소를 유도하므로 온수보일러의 효율을 더욱 높일수 있는 이점을 얻는 것이다.In the present invention as described above, a certain amount of combustible waste such as waste tires is injected into the distillation chamber 111 of the distillation type incinerator 1, the lid of the distillation chamber 111 is closed, and then ignited with a gas burner.
